Very bad service with manager multi tasking taking our name to wait and we got bypassed 5x. Upon finally saying something the reply was hold on. We got up to walk away and I said this is not right several people went ahead of us and we’ve been waiting. Manager says hold on not even apologetic tone, and said let me explain. What is there to explain. Apologized next time and offer at least 50% off may have helped de escalate. We will never go back to this IHOP again. If I can rate zero I would have.

Very very bad service. This IHOP has gone down the drain. My family and I have been going here ever since and we’ve seen the change. This time we waited for more than 30 mins. And the manager kept seating the ones who came after us. So we just went out and told the manager that he has skipped us several times. He was multi tasking so much that he didn’t know where he wrote my name for reservation. He even asked if he can explain and I said what’s there to explain when he knew we were waiting right in front of him. And he has seated the people who came after us. He didn’t even apologize. Very arrogant person. I will not go there again. Too bad this IHOP has been a part of our community. Just because of a very bad customer service. So disappointing!!

I’ve been visiting this location for quite some time and usually have an average experience. The place is relatively clean and the food tastes like any other Ihop, but the last two times I visited, I had the same server, Natalie, and she completely changed my experience. She was very friendly and attentive. Even when my little ones were being indecisive with their orders, she was still very patient and even went through some of the options with them. This is by far the best experience I've had at a restaurant; the food even seemed to taste better than previous times because she brought it out so quickly. Would 100% recommend this location!!

Hadn’t been in an ihop since college - at least 15 years - but came here because they are about the only thing in the area open after 9. So surprised - food was delicious, the restaurant was so clean, and they were super nice.
