I enjoy eating at IHOP. If you like a quick meal and reasonably priced IHOP is a nice place to choose. They have updated the menu. I like the Strawberry Banana pancakes, with bananas in the pancakes.

I haven’t had this bad of an experience in a while and thats saying something considering the service industry has become disappointing in general over the last couple years. Server dropped the food off (which was room temp at best and sad looking) and then didn’t come back to our table until nearly 50 minutes later. No refills, no checking on how things were. Needed something for one of the dishes but couldn’t get a hold of her so it just sat there to get cold. Waited an eternity for the check. We got to a point where we started timing because we were genuinely curious how long she would take at that point. I asked her to take an item off the bill and told her we had been trying to get a hold of her for 40 mins and she said “yeah it’s just me on the floor” - mind you there were 2, maybe 3 other tables (and not even all at the same time) and we had watched her miss plenty of opportunities to stop by the table. We were both in the industry, so we’re the first ones to acknowledge when someones in the weeds or trying but is overwhelmed - but we are also very aware of what it looks like when its just purely bad service. She would put tips in on the computer (if you serve, you know that tables come first and you do that at the end of the shift most times because you’re too busy to do it during). Takes two seconds to table touch but she passed us repeatedly, wouldn’t look at us, etc. Honestly insane. I haven’t had many experiences in life that made me want to swear off a place and never go back but this is one. We are never coming back to this location. This isn’t our first time having her either - she is consistently neglectful and MIA. Can’t believe how bad this experience was.

This particular location has great food but the server I had by the name of Cheli started off amazingly but her attitude changed towards us a little bit after she had our food brought to our table. She wouldn't look at us, walked away while we were talking to her about the coffee that was on our bill that we never received. She waved us off when it was time for her to get change for what she owed me from the bill. The experience was okay until it wasn't. We were visiting from PA and it's like I will travel to go to a different ihop before going back to this one. Customer service just isn't the same

Nikky gets fantastic server status! We were able to enjoy 2 pots of coffee...leisurely, food was fast and delicious, and she was still pleasant to everyone. We really enjoyed breakfast today! This restaurant is pretty consistent but Nikky made it great this morning.

Should be replaced or placed out of sight from.patrons. Other than that - great place to eat.

Today was a good day. I had the 2x2x2 with hashbrowns. My pancakes were hot and fresh served with warm syrup. My eggs were cooked to perfectly soft scrambled. My server was super sweet and attentive.
I've been living in Johns Creek since 2008. Just because I dress like I have money doesn't mean you're going to just take my hard earned money. You know for a fact your location is in one of the richest counties in GA. So there for you know exactly what you're doing on the cash Resigester while ringing up the orders.
This is the 3rd time you over charge me for a special or my regular 3 orders dining in or takeout. You might be able to pull this off in another part of Ga. But up this way we can count and evidently write a review. The Alpha 9 IHOP is closed so now you are totally killing the IHOP experience for me in Johns Creek .
I have my copy of the order for proof of purchase. But I'm not going to bother. Let's just throw the entire IHOP away. Y'all doing bad John's Creek IHOP you will never get another 💰 from or my office again.
After COVID this IHOP has never been the same.. I'm going back to the waffle House

Hi team, we have visited IHOP Roswell on 22nd of December to celebrate my friends mother's birthday, and we ended up with disappointment and bad experience, your waitress Jenne has totally ruined our day with rude behavior and bad service , I think you should look into it and train your employees to behave and to behave towards your customers, I will make sure we will never visit your IHOP ever.
