3/1/2024: For a restaurant whose specialty is pancakes, I'm hoping this was either an off day or their cook was new. These were the worst buttermilk pancakes we've ever had. They appeared to be cooked, but the top layer peeled off when cut into. After a couple chews, it was just a partially cooked pancake. My dining partner's was the same.Our server was nice and offered a replacement. Since waffles may have the same issue, we chose French toast. Order went thru rather quickly. My 3 pancakes were exchanged for 1 piece of French toast. Hardly an equal swap, but by this time, I just wanted something to eat and leave.The French toast was an improvement, but hardly a home run. It was a nicely cooked piece of thick Texas toast, but no vanilla or cinnamon flavoring. I guess they rely on the syrup to provide flavor??My partner ordered decaf coffee. Didn't expect a Starbucks flavor, but tasted more like coffee grounds.In all, a disappointing breakfast on a cold, rainy day.

I love ihop but this place isnt honest about their hours. Its supposed to be open until 2:00. I came at 12:00 to find them locking the door in front of me. Its fine, just go to waffle house for late nights.

Ayo was amazing, kind & attentive - she deserves 5 stars! Writing this review so the rude dismissive manager doesn’t take it out on her for US doing the wrong thing when trying to pay at the front (the process for every IHOP I’ve ever been to)

Came here with my kids. Sat us quick but that was th was terrible, grits were bland, fruits tasted old and overall slow service for not a busy morning.

This was our go to place and we always order the same thing. They got our order wrong and only discovered it when my husband came home with the order. I asked them to deliver us the right order and they said they would but several hours from the time we called. I asked for a refund and they said someone was going to come pick up the food before they could refund it...but they could pick up the food within 10 mins. Unbelievable. This is the saddest way to save a few dollars. They can rush to pick up food that I am hoping they won't resell but they can't deliver the right food right away. They lost regular customers to save I don't know what, again hoping they weren't planning to resell it to someone else. Forgot to mention that I did not once get an apology for the inconvenience and instead got a different person on the phone telling me that I placed the order incorrectly.
