I didn't know customers weren't allowed to bring condiments. Inflated gargantuan swollen white man was extremely rude to us.

Wide variety of food at reasonable price. Probably the widest variety of any restaurant. Eggs Benedict, hamburgers, pancakes, fajitas etc

Night Shift is horrible! Literally a team of junkies! Orders are messed up , very dirty & the service is nonexistent. What was even worse was the mom (manager) and daughter (waitress) duo who we witnessed pocketing the cash orders!!!!!

I went here after an event at Gas South Arena. It was one of few places still open so, thank you, IHOP.

I ordered an omelet and pancakes, my friend ordered the burger and fries and my little went with the smiley face pancake.

Everything I ordered was hot, fresh, and tasty. The hash browns in the omelet were perfect (not too hard, not too soft) which doesn't always happen. There's nothing like getting stabbed with an overcooked potato while biting into your omelet.

My friend left nothing on his plate, so I guess it was pretty good.

My little too devoured her smiling pancake and bacon with gusto. She left nothing behind, except a lake of syrup, but what can you do.

I'd return again if I'm in the area and find myself in search of some late night vittles.

Cat wasn’t the best server . I ordered a meal with my reward points . My bill was less than $5 so I’m assuming that’s why i didn’t get the best service . Each time I needed something someone had to get her .
On the other hand , I came during Christmas week and Sue was outstanding . Next time I come I will request to be seated in Sue’s area .

We typically frequently this IHOP once a month to hang out and spend time with my young cousins. We missed a few months due to our busy schedules, so it was our first visit since maybe September. We noticed some distinct differences. The wait staff appeared different as we did not see a lot of familiar faces that we used to see regularly. It could have been because it was the holiday season, and people were off or out of town. 🤷🏾‍♀️ But the size/shape of the actual plates changed (smaller), and the preparation of my Turkey Bacon was horrible!! I don't know if they changed to a different brand of Turkey Bacon, but it looked like wet cardboard in some places and like dried jerky in other places. The waitress did offer to replace it with the Turkey sausage, which was fine and appeared to be the same. The French Toast was dry in the middle but did not send it back or complain. It was edible. My eggs were delicious and well cooked, soft as I like them and the pancakes were good as well.

Typically, I only eat four different meals at IHOP, and one I only get to go, that's the cheesteak. The dine in meals I fluctuate between as my go-to are: T-Bone Steak and eggs or the Split decision. I have also come to like the steak tips. However, they only come with 1 eggs so when I want steak, I typically get the T-Bone. My husband loves the steak tips, and I tasted it, and it was delicious. I had been eating a lot of beef, and that's why I opted for the Turkey and the split decision.

My cousin had the country fried steak for the first time and said it was really good. My other cousin stuck with the Colorado Omelet that he loves. My mom enjoyed her omelet as well. We had great company and fellowship.

So overall, my experience, while not as great as I come to expect at that location, wasn't bad either; it was just regular, which is ok since it's not fine dining.

We should be back in late January.

I asked for an order of sausage patties. They only chose to disclose that it was plant based upon bringing the food. It tasted awful, so we left it as is. They didn't remove it from the ticket. Definitely won't be back

Too pricey. Over $40 for two people.

Today my brother and I decided to have breakfast specifically in this location, the panorama at the entrance, the assignment of the person who would assist us, the food until we reached the point of paying, but there was a bad experience in the final part of our breakfast, the who assisted us a little rudely, telling him where he had to sign since he decided to pay with a card, that's fine up to that point, but I decided to leave a tip in cash, the person who helped us immediately told us in a not very appropriate tone that that was insufficient, I should have having put more, I told him that I could leave him for today. Here comes the part that made me call the restaurant. By the way, I talked to the Manager Brittany and Mrs. Ruben if I'm not wrong, and I thank them for taking the time to call me and try to understand what happened. They are very attentive. Well, what happened was that the person who helped us at the table said the following: now I saw your face, now I know who you are with a very dissatisfied expression. I don't know what he wanted to tell me, I didn't want to continue with the matter, it was best to move from there, we got up and headed out. Something very important that I told the Manager is that I decided to report it because I don't want it to happen again to someone else. Not be a negative number.

Hello all it’s Veterans Day so happy vet day to all my fellow veterans. I’m rating this not because I don’t enjoy the food. I rating this because the quality of service I just witness. The staff was asked by another veteran if he could take his pancakes home since he was full from the other portions. The staff went back and collaborated with each other. Me facing the kitchen able to see them speak on the matter one member came back and told the veteran no. The veteran became confused about the matter so she went back in the kitchen to the the other representative came out and told him no as well, they both then returned to the kitchen and they laughed together speaking in Spanish of which I understand. This made me feel very bad as a veteran myself. What is the world coming to where veterans that risked everything get treated this way over an alleged free meal. I’m a business owner so I get it the attempt to keep cost down using the to go packaging therefore dine in is preferred. But we are forgetting about the limitations on veterans that don’t do well in public space and or bed ridden. Maybe we can find a way to remedy this in the near future. I was a little disappointed in the presentation of the pancakes as they came out as well.
