My wife received her food and I received the omelette without my hashbrowns, server said the hashbrowns were “on the way.” 15 minutes later we finished eating all of the food and the hashbrowns finally came out. Unacceptable. They only offered to take the hashbrowns off the check. I was really looking forward to hashbrowns. It honestly ruined the entire meal.

The sirloin tips quality wasn’t good in my opinion, but the manager came over and made up for it with the customer service, and brought my friend Birthday Ice cream so it’s nice that they were paying attention. Food was 3.5/5 customer service 4/5

I went to the IHOP on Pleasant Hill specifically because Google says they participate in the “Kids Eat Free” deal from 4 PM to 10 PM. Well, surprise — they don’t. When I asked about it, the worker just told me they’re “not participating,” no explanation, no apology. Even the menu didn’t mention anything, and there were no signs to let people know the deal isn’t valid here.
Why is it advertised if it’s not honored? If you’re not part of the deal, UPDATE YOUR INFO. Don’t waste families’ time driving out expecting something that you’re clearly not offering. Total bait-and-switch vibe.
IHOP is a chain — there should be consistency. At the very least, communicate clearly and don’t leave customers feeling misled. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic honesty. Would not recommend food is nasty and very poor customer service!!!

Wow, there is a great place. This IHOP is clean. The employees are friendly smile food was hot. I couldn’t ask for more. It’s my first time it was a great experience ! Outstanding service. I will be back definitely ! They need to bring this friendly service to Florida. .

Visiting out of town with my husband. Quick service, to be a rather busy place. Nice server, she was on point. Food was good. Nothing to complain about.
Everything was fine until payment. Our severe Eva was hovering over the screen during the payment process and I think it’s because we caught that she automatically added the highest tip option. And when we asked if that tip was required ( bc we did not click it ourself) with an attitude she replied if you want. We always leave cash which is why we didn’t click a tip option. She said she would return with the receipt and just handed it off without a word and we left. Completely unprofessional. Her actions alone made us lower her tip.
