The woman that works the night shift upfront with the glasses, has an attitude problem. I placed a personal order for pick up through Uber eats and walked in to pick up my order. She asked me to sign something which I was unsure why I had to sign so I simply asked what it was for and she said very rudely said because I need to know you picked up the order. There’s no need to be hostile or rude over a simple question. I just did not know because I have never been asked to sign for an order.

My wife received her food and I received the omelette without my hashbrowns, server said the hashbrowns were “on the way.” 15 minutes later we finished eating all of the food and the hashbrowns finally came out. Unacceptable. They only offered to take the hashbrowns off the check. I was really looking forward to hashbrowns. It honestly ruined the entire meal.

The sirloin tips quality wasn’t good in my opinion, but the manager came over and made up for it with the customer service, and brought my friend Birthday Ice cream so it’s nice that they were paying attention. Food was 3.5/5 customer service 4/5

I went to the IHOP on Pleasant Hill specifically because Google says they participate in the “Kids Eat Free” deal from 4 PM to 10 PM. Well, surprise — they don’t. When I asked about it, the worker just told me they’re “not participating,” no explanation, no apology. Even the menu didn’t mention anything, and there were no signs to let people know the deal isn’t valid here.
Why is it advertised if it’s not honored? If you’re not part of the deal, UPDATE YOUR INFO. Don’t waste families’ time driving out expecting something that you’re clearly not offering. Total bait-and-switch vibe.
IHOP is a chain — there should be consistency. At the very least, communicate clearly and don’t leave customers feeling misled. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic honesty. Would not recommend food is nasty and very poor customer service!!!
