I ordered mild, to getva baseline for next time, but it's swimming in chili oil. I had a coughing fit, because of the spice level. At most places around here, this would be higher than a medium.

went here with an old friend. waste of money. it just tasted frozen. good concept terrible food. i didn’t even want to finish my plate💔 im surprised a lot of people like this place but to each their own.

The food was good. There was no one to greet us when we walked in as the front was unattended for several minutes. As we got our hotpot, my only complaint is the labels for the ingredients are a bit confusing so I grabbed 2 ingredients thinking they were something else. Some ingredients had no labels either. Apart from that, it was good, quiet and plenty of seating ~

My first time eating at place , and I have to say the food is so delicious, the taste and flavors are combined so good . Also I like the idea you can choose what you want, and price is worthy.

Pros:
Good price and variety of ingredients

Cons:
Sad sauce bar - not much variety and taste is subpar. Messy looking as it’s combined with bottled drinks and beverages
Not flavorful broth. Beef and pork broth is $1 extra which was not advertised. Lacked depth compared to other Malatang spots.
Vegetables not fresh.

Came to imix on Saturday about 3pm. Food came out hot and fresh. The cashier was very polite, attentive. He was very helpful with the menu and hotpot selections. Service was excellent! Thanks!

The food was so delicious and authentic. Many broth and toppings to choose from. There are 2 variations for the tomato base soup and one of it is vegetarian so be sure to let them know if you are vegetarian

I stopped by IMiX Hot Pot off Steve Reynolds and I’m so glad I did! This place is such a fun and affordable spot for hot pot lovers. It’s self-service style — you grab a bowl, pick up some tongs, and choose from a big selection of meats, veggies, dumplings, and more. Once you’ve built your bowl, they weigh it at $10.99 per pound.

There are three soup bases: beef, pork, and tomato. The owner recommended the beef since it’s the most popular, so I went with that and got it mild — perfect balance of flavor and spice. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right.

The setup is simple, the food is great, and the price is unbeatable. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving hot pot without spending a ton. My bowl was only $14!!! I’ll be back for sure.

Hot pot here is great, best price I have seen in town with a rich broth. Great to get both hot pot and classic Chinese which I haven't been able to get before. Friendly service from the owner.

I rarely enjoy hot pot but my family wanted to come. This place is SO GOOD. The ingredients were super fresh, the bone broth was perfect and it wasn’t overly expensive like some of the other spots in this area. And the service was so kind and welcoming, they checked on us a few times, just very nice. Go check it out.

Food was good. Until I left the restaurant and had a pounding migraine. This usually happens to me when the food has too much MSG. In this case, I assume it’s the broth. Service is good. Restaurant is clean.
