Really fun experience and really good food. The wait was a little long but there is a lot of grace given because it was busy but the service was great and they offered me a free drink. I would love to o come back and do it again!
The parking was easy but it is a plaza with different shops and restaurants nearby so it will get busy. May want to arrive early. When you first walk in, you can see the tables and if there is availability. It's a first come first served. When you enter on the wall there are figures to pick what you want to paint, with a price on the bottom written in pencil. Once you make the selection you take it to the register where you can also order a drink or snacks like fries. Then you can get a table and grab your supplies (paint, brushes, they give you a tray and water cup), once done, there's an area to set it to be glazed. Fair warning the paintbrushes are not too clean and there are not fine ones, if you're a perfectionist this will bother you if you want nice even lines or fill small sections. If you don't want to test your date's patience or perfectionist tendencies, don't go here, it is a nice place to paint and relax and have a genuinely good time. Kids do like to come and paint thus it is loud and there is music playing. The bathrooms are unisex and clean.
So much fun! Come here with groups or alone. The tea is also on point. Plan to spend between 2 and 3 hours here.
This place is so cute and very well priced!! me and my bf enjoyed it here so much and we WILL be back !
Had a blast eating junk food and painting figurines with a friend!
Everything was great and fun except for the people…it was our first time here and when first walked in both workers were on their phones and completely ignored us, no “welcome in!” Or anything. We took our time and picked out what we wanted. We walked up to the register to pay and the cashier was sitting on the floor on her phone. She ignored us for 5 minutes while we were standing there waiting before she finally got up and put her phone away. She was very unfriendly, no smile or anything nice to say. I wanted to sign up for the loyalty rewards but she was no help at all, I unfortunately couldn’t sign up for get the points for spending $50. The painting was fun but once we got up to leave a group of people sitting next to us stared at us in a disgusting and rude way. Not sure what was going on but no one was in a good mood. Fun activity, bad service.
Incha is a fun, friendly destination for anyone looking for something interesting to do while enjoying some boba tea and maybe some light snacks.
The primary attraction is that customers purchase a ceramic figurine or character and paint it. The staff then cures the artwork for you and you take it home.
Staff is friendly, parking is ample and there are a lot of paint color options and brushes. Disposable aprons are provided. The boba is good, not great and the food is hot and has a distinctly Asian-American fusion style.
The place is a bit pricey, but it’s the fun experience you are paying for. I spent about 2 hours here, but I could see a larger group and more figures painted might push it to a much longer visit. Overall, it’s a fun experience and a fair value.
Will be back. Had so much fun. The food and drinks are also great.
Affordable pricing, I was very disappointed in the glaze though. I spent two hours on two figurines just for them to not even be completely covered by the glaze, and the other one bled color on my piece. They were both completely dry when I set them at the glazing station so it was definitely not a wet paint issue.
If you’re planning on painting, I would definitely plan on spending an hour or two at least here. We got the nacho cheese fries. They had so many option to paint. We had a great time.

We had such a great time here and the staff is friendly as well. Overall vibe is great!
Great business! I had to kill a few hours and I can't think of a better way to do it than with tea, snacks, and paint.
so cuteee!! i love coming here. the staffs are always nice and they’ve a great variety of pottery to choose from!
I made this. Thank you Incha
I had a pretty good time here, I went on a solo weekend vacation and this was the first stop. When I got there there was no like at all so lucky me, it did get busy later I suppose I came at a good time. I picked 2 figures which I regret now because it took me 3 hours to paint both haha. The where a decent small/medium size. The staff never rushes you to leave the seat for other other people to have it they have a first come first serve rule so you can enjoy your time in peace.
The figures are slightly higher in price but if you have the money then have the fun
I ordered a creme brule tea drink just to try it, I did not like it but that was on me, just trying new things, it's a nice place and the staff are kind and fast with service I would go again!
