Their chicken salad sub is delicious. The staff was friendly and fast. The only thing bad that I can say was that I wish their prices were cheaper. Overall, great experience!

Sent the order for pickup via the app for a lunch appointment to be picked up at 12:15. Got there at 12:30 and they had not even been made. No rush on their part to make it right. They made everyone else's sandwiches who were in line before making mine, which really was infuriating, especially since I ordered the sandwiches at 9am that morning.

Disappointing Experience Due to Dishonest Servie
I've always enjoyed the fool at Jersey Mike's -fresh ingredients and great flavor. Unfortunately, my recent experience was overshadowed by disappointing customer service that I can't ignore.
During my 7/7/25 visit, I paid in cash. When the cashier handed me my change, she folded the bills in a way that seemed oddly deliberate. When I later unfolded the bills, I realized I had been shorted. It was a subtle move, but clearly intentional - and deeply dishonest. This shows a lack of integrity, and that's something i can't overlook. It's frustrating to be treated this way as a paying customer, especially at a place I used to enjoy.
As much as I love the food, I won't be returning. This experience left a sour taste that no sandwich can cover up.

When I order my giant sandwich here, they ALWAYS get it right. I like lots of pickles, and when I state heavy pickles, they do it without having to explain what that means. The crew here always has a great attitude and have fun at work. Management here clearly treats their people right and pays them a sufficient wage so that they care about making sure the customer has a great experience.

The store is always clean and neat. They're not only very accurate but quick. Catalina is kind and friendly. We enjoy being greeted by her smile.

I have always been a big fan of this shop!! However, my most recent visit touched my heart. The associate was the best!! I wish I knew her name. I have a red meat allergy!! Just prepared my sandwich and all while having the most inspirational conversation about God!! What a blessing!!!!

Felt very un inviting when I went in reviews say other wise but did not live up to the reviews. I don’t eat pork I asked if they could grill chicken he just said they have a new chicken breast sub even though I seen a grill. And I asked what type of breads there were he literally said “there right there” was a taller guy where black glasses and shaggy hair kinda. I’ll give it another try but not the experience I was hoping for for the first time and I live close by.
