Felt very un inviting when I went in reviews say other wise but did not live up to the reviews. I don’t eat pork I asked if they could grill chicken he just said they have a new chicken breast sub even though I seen a grill. And I asked what type of breads there were he literally said “there right there” was a taller guy where black glasses and shaggy hair kinda. I’ll give it another try but not the experience I was hoping for for the first time and I live close by.

My first time visiting Atlanta and I was in search of the best Philly Cheesesteak in town. I was told to visit Jersey Mike's Subs. Wow....what a great recommendation. The Philly Cheesesteak was delicious! So delicious that my wife and a I went back the next day for lunch. Additionally, we were able to have a Root Beer Soda with our meal, something most restaurants don't serve anymore. A warm and professional service by Houston, Shelby and Carolina who served us on both days. Thanks for making the visit a great experience! I'll be sure to return on our next visit from the UK.

I swear we met Jersey Mike himself! This guy was a sweetheart! My son and I were thinking of not returning only because we felt the options were slim picking, as far as condiments, cheeses, and toasting buns are concerned. Then jersey Mike stopped us as we were leaving and changed our minds. The way he described the freshness and love and care they put into their sandwiches. He told us about the Chipotle Cheesesteaks, too. Our order is on its way as we speak. :) The simple sandwiches were, without a doubt, absolutely divine. We will keep on returning.

With my careers in sports and music I have to travel a lot.
I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s all over the country and all over Metro Atlanta where I am a resident, And there are some great stores, but this place is a real Gem!
The reason? It is the consistency of my experience. It’s always positive and pleasant.
Today my sandwich was made by Morgan, she did a fantastic job and she put everything that I wanted on it specifically and it was perfect!

Carolina, the manager is a wonderful lady, and you can tell that she knows how to communicate to her staff …because everyone, every time I go there are on the same page with the same Pleasant attitude and the same helpful service.
Where this shows is when they even remember a lot of the things that I like and recall my last visit.
I don’t know how they do it with as many customers as they have.
With this kind of attention to detail and commitment for a customer to have a pleasant experience it means a lot & really shows!
