The Spanish lady that took my order was so busy talking she messed my order up I ask for extra cheese three times and I told her giant the cashier rings up the wrong order bi still had to fix then I get my sandwich ask the cook is there extra cheese he looked like he didn’t no what I was talking about then the sandwich was dry no mayo nothing but this store has 5 star that’s not right I paid $18 for a sub that wasn’t even prepared right

Omg the best crew ever!!!! Ordered my standard mini #13 and they knocked it out of the park. Delicious sammie handcrafted with love. To the manager/owner whatever you're doing is sensational, keep taking care of your team, you are hands down in a league of your own compared to other nearby locations .

Ordering on the phone with the call center was awful. I called and talked to someone in this location they were very patient with me and understanding. When I got to the location to pick up my order Huston was absolutely amazing. They made a sandwich wrong and instead of just picking off what wasn’t supposed to be on there he made a whole new sandwich for me. I will definitely return to this location because of the customer service I received yesterday.

Whomever just made my Big Kahuna Cheese Steak bowl for my UE order is a saint and a half. ? I was incredibly hungry and they absolutely knocked it out of the park on making it. Super satisfying and delicious!I've hardly ever had bad service from this location. Keep rockin' out! ?

The next best sub place beside Publix yum , this place has everything fresh and the sandwiches are made with love lol maybe that's a little to much but the subs here are definitely worth it i had the mini mikes ways sub i believe that's what it was called with a cookie and sweet tea as my combo . The cookie was so good i had the triple chocolate chip cookie it had huge chunks of chocolate chip and it was soft. The service was fast and the ladies where helpful i was in and out in a jiffy.

I have had rough experiences at this location before. I even ordered from a location farther away to avoid it. However I recently pulled up and didn't realize they were closing. But they invited me in and made our sandwiches quickly and were delightful to streak with. It was great. Thanks for the improvement.
