Guess it was my fault for not paying attention enough, but why do they sell wraps? I wanted a sandwich with BREAD. Pasta was eh.

This is by far the worst sun I’ve ever eaten. There is exactly one slice of ham on the entire sandwich, no seasoning, the smallest slice of tomato and a thin layer of lettuce. Unfortunately, Jersey Mikes had to close early due to an emergency and I ended up at Jimmy Jokes on me. NEVER AGAIN! 😒

I’m a long-time fan of the Jimmy John’s franchise, but this particular visit was exceptional. The employee behind the counter was outstanding—I wish I had caught his name. His great personality and deep knowledge of the menu really stood out, and he was managing everything on his own like a pro. If he isn’t already the district manager, he definitely deserves to be. If you’ve been to this location and had the pleasure of being served by him, you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about.

Just left there and I almost throw my sandwich in the garage while going through the door, the 2 person that I saw working pants were almost at there knee, if they want to swag do that after work!!

Good food as per usual. Placed an order for pickup and arrived exactly on time 15 minutes later, but they hadn’t even started making the four sandwiches. Would have been quicker to just get in line and wait. Won’t order online at this store again.

I ordered a Turkey Tom just the sandwich added onions and light mustard. The tall older white gentleman that took my order was and rang me up was very pleasant and kind. He’s the best thing at this location. I’m not even a heavy meat eater however I literally had 2 torn slithers of turkey on my sandwich, the remainder was provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato. I love Jimmy John’s so I don’t mind paying $9 for what some would call a basic sandwich I just will not be patronizing this location ever again.

I have been going to the location since they opened.. Period take me to few mistakes on my last few orders but the last one was the straw that broke the camel's back.. My mother has had brains surgery and I am her care different.She wanted a veggie with extra onions and oil and vinegar.. I ordered a Billy club with extra tomatoes and asked that both sandwiches were cut 1/2.. They got the order wrong. I immediately called the store and wound up speaking to the young lady who made this sandwiches who sounded very upset and said she made them correctly I told. Her I would not be calling if she made them correctly and to police have the storm manager call me. The store manager is a Hispanic gentleman with a big mouth.He called me back the next day and instead of listening to the problem.I'm trying to fix. It? He told me my business is no longer one of that his location.. I said Tim seriously. I spend at least $50 a week in your store.If you're telling me I'm not allowed to buy food there.. He said yeah we don't want your business.. I contacted Jimmy John's corporate and found out that this particular location is owned by an owner group of several people and asked for one of them to call me.. No one has. I have been to culinary school and I am a chef and I have own fast food restaurants.. What is shame at? These folks are going to lose all the business that they will because of their terrible customer no service. Still waiting for that phone call from the owner group and as far as the manager he deserves to be fired..
