This Jimmy John’s in Duluth, has gone downhill. The employee, Jeremy ( name was on the receipt) was rude and unprofessional. He made my sandwich, dumped it on the counter, and said, “Here’s your sandwich” without even bagging it. When I asked for a bag, he just handed it to me instead of doing his job properly.
Afterward, I saw other reviews mentioning the same guy not changing gloves before making food — clearly this isn’t a one-time issue. If this is the kind of staff Jimmy John’s is keeping, they’re going to lose loyal customers fast. I’m done with this jimmy johns and won’t be back. Also, i dont need a response from the management saying they are sorry about the experience and all because yall clearly dont care and i can tell by reading the reviews.

Really fresh food. Not fancy, but lots of options. I love the #4 with pickles and Provolone cheese. I order lunch in for my office every couple of weeks. It's dependable and the delivery is timely.

I've only been here twice recently, but both times I was met with awesome customer service, friendliness, and attentive staff. The sandwiches I ordered were as good as they looked. I would come back here for lunch, fast and tasty for sure. 10/10

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor hygiene practices of the staff. When I walked into this Jimmy John's, I noticed the Order Taker according to my Receipt, Jeremy, sweeping the floor. He didn't wash his hands before coming to the counter to take my order, so I was concerned about the cleanliness of my food. Another employee, Mark, was preparing my sandwich but never changed his gloves after touching his pants. He repeatedly adjusted his pants while making my sandwich, which left me worried about the hygiene of my meal. I later asked for his name, and he confirmed it was Mark. Furthermore, I noticed another employee, Joni, touching his face mask while working on my sandwich. On a previous visit, I even saw a knife used for cutting bread lying on the floor, with employees stepping on it. It is clear that hand washing is not a priority here, and I advise anyone considering this location to be very cautious about the food they receive. Unfortunately, I wish I could give them zero stars.

Worse sandwich I’ve had in a long time! I typically live JJ’s, I ordered the new toasted sub and got about maybe half a subs worth. I had to cut both ends off because it was only bread and I paid for a full sandwich not bread and lettuce.

Today was my second time visiting this location and I have been very satisfied on both occasions. The sandwich was exceptional, but what really made the experience enjoyable was the lunch time staff. Suwat worked the counter and assisted with assembling the sandwich as the second visit they were low manned. He was eager to assist and very friendly. I can tell he takes his job seriously and pride in his work. I look forward to future lunch time visits as my place of employment is just down the road.
Guess it was my fault for not paying attention enough, but why do they sell wraps? I wanted a sandwich with BREAD. Pasta was eh.

This is by far the worst sun I’ve ever eaten. There is exactly one slice of ham on the entire sandwich, no seasoning, the smallest slice of tomato and a thin layer of lettuce. Unfortunately, Jersey Mikes had to close early due to an emergency and I ended up at Jimmy Jokes on me. NEVER AGAIN! 😒
