I have been going to the location since they opened.. Period take me to few mistakes on my last few orders but the last one was the straw that broke the camel's back.. My mother has had brains surgery and I am her care different.She wanted a veggie with extra onions and oil and vinegar.. I ordered a Billy club with extra tomatoes and asked that both sandwiches were cut 1/2.. They got the order wrong. I immediately called the store and wound up speaking to the young lady who made this sandwiches who sounded very upset and said she made them correctly I told. Her I would not be calling if she made them correctly and to police have the storm manager call me. The store manager is a Hispanic gentleman with a big mouth.He called me back the next day and instead of listening to the problem.I'm trying to fix. It? He told me my business is no longer one of that his location.. I said Tim seriously. I spend at least $50 a week in your store.If you're telling me I'm not allowed to buy food there.. He said yeah we don't want your business.. I contacted Jimmy John's corporate and found out that this particular location is owned by an owner group of several people and asked for one of them to call me.. No one has. I have been to culinary school and I am a chef and I have own fast food restaurants.. What is shame at? These folks are going to lose all the business that they will because of their terrible customer no service. Still waiting for that phone call from the owner group and as far as the manager he deserves to be fired..

Not much bang for your buck.Small sandwich (BLT) got lettuce, mayo, few thin slices of tomato and s couple thin slices of bacon...left hungry. Plus I really wanted a heated sandwich of some kind... don't have those...back to Jersey Mike's!

The cashier needs to stop texting while customers are standing in front of them trying to place an order. Extra onions didn’t get. I asked them to take the dough out of the bread mr I think that was to much. Will never go back to this

I used to go to this location all the time, but right now when I went there, the floor and everything was in mess. Full of trash here and there, and soon as I ordered my food, an employee who smelled like Marijuana (I guess he smoked during his lunch break) and walked in to the store to make sandwiches without washing his hands. I am pregnant, so I don't want to get sick, so I asked money back. The hygiene, sanitation is horrible. Not coming back anymore!

My fav for subs. The best meats, sliced fresh, and sub rolls ever! Great managers also.

Ordered on-line. Arrived 15 minutes later. No order, everyone was on there phone. On-line order ticket still hanging on the machine. Don't forget to look on that ticket to see what not to put on the sandwich. Then you can get back to what's important. "YOUR PHONE. I'm allergic to tomatoes...

My husband ordered a Club Lulu from here yesterday and ate it and then a couple of hours later he got sick from food poisoning. Don't eat here. They obviously didn't keep their meat, veggies or mayo in the refrigerator. We will be following up because if he gets sick, I'm going to file with the FDA so they can come inspect that location. Ridiculous.
