I have loved Jimmy John's in Chicago, and Oak Park, IL, Milwaukee, WI and now in Duluth GA. Sandwiches are always amazingly delicious, fresh and fast. The bread and the fresh deli meats are a step above most sandwich shops. I am super excited to get them toasted. I love their revamped menu options. For me the best subs ever.

The business hours says 4pm on a Sunday and I came at 3pm and they was already closed. I can imagine this store doesn’t do well because the business hours are not consistent with the what it says online. The employees don’t look happy and appeared to look over worked and under paid. I like Jimmy John's but this location isn’t doing well.

Delicious sandwich, company ordered us in lunch from this Jimmy John's location. Delivery was super fast, orders all arrived exactly how requested. No complaints from me, the sandwich was good. Also, you have to get the jalapeño chips- they never disappoint!

Waited to place my order for 10-15 min without the employees speaking to me. They were talking among themselves. When I asked if someone was working they responded in a snarky way….. I left for fear they would spit on my food. Don’t go there til they have new staff

Store is always clean, staff is friendly even when they’re really busy, they never mess up my order. One of the last chains that doesn’t short you on the portions. About the same price as subway but a million times better.
