First of all if I could do this with no stars I would. Ashley and Sofi should not be allowed to manage any thing. I purchased 3 subs and all were wrong when I got home there were barely any condiments and some were missing. When I called to complain Sofi wanted to argue with me she called her manager.The manager Ashley wanted pictures and still still did not believe me. This took about a hour. DONT EAT HERE!! I WILL DRIVE AN HOUR TO KEEP FROM EATING AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Tried to come in for lunch, I get that it’s busy but they didn’t acknowledge any of us walking in or say they were going to be with us shortly. Instead I stood there for 10 minutes wondering when they were going to come to the cash register to at the bare minimum tell me it’s going to be a second take my order. I just walked out cause they just kept starting new sandwiches and pretending we weren’t there. Just terrible customer service

I came to this Jimmy John’s on a Friday night at 8:40pm and the front door was locked. Someone came to the door and I asked them if they are open till 9pm and she said yes but she already threw everything away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT HAVE FOOD WHEN YOU ARE STILL OPEN!!!! Whoever that was obviously does not care about their job.. very dissatisfied and won’t be coming to this jummy johns.

The bread was hard as a brick. I threw it outside when I got home. The birds wouldn't even eat it.
Bad experience today. Online order took over 30 minutes and then part of my order wasn't available. What a waste.

I have loved Jimmy John's in Chicago, and Oak Park, IL, Milwaukee, WI and now in Duluth GA. Sandwiches are always amazingly delicious, fresh and fast. The bread and the fresh deli meats are a step above most sandwich shops. I am super excited to get them toasted. I love their revamped menu options. For me the best subs ever.

The business hours says 4pm on a Sunday and I came at 3pm and they was already closed. I can imagine this store doesn’t do well because the business hours are not consistent with the what it says online. The employees don’t look happy and appeared to look over worked and under paid. I like Jimmy John's but this location isn’t doing well.
