I went to Jjamppongji Zone today I came back really disappointed. Two employees are eating Please let me know when your order is ready. I don't even take orders, I'm a waiter I went to the restaurant to order, talked about the food, and they didn't even bring the onions I ordered, so I went back to ask for it, and the food was trash. It tastes like it was soaked in water for a few days before cooking so it was on the verge of going bad. I don't know if you're mocking the customer. Master, come to your senses. I'll never go again

It was delicious compared to the Jjambbong served in the U.S. The squid sweet and sour pork was soggy and didn't taste good. I had to wait a bit after ordering my food. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic and the staff seemed like novices.

Tasteful atmosphere, friendly and gracious service, and delicious food. I was greeted with two separate snacks that each had two options and bottle of water. All I ordered was beef fried rice and boiled dumplings, and they brought me a soup, a bowl of a delicious onion/cabbage gravy with meat and potatoes in it for my rice, as well as some of the tastiest kimchi I've had in a really long time.
I'm from a part of Texas that doesn't have much in the way of authentic Asian food except a pho place, and this was a welcomed treat for me.

To be honest, it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The Jajangmyeon did not have the proper taste of Jjajang and the noodles themselves were not seasoned. The spiciness level was also adjusted with capsaicin, but it wasn't a delicious spiciness, but just a painful spiciness. The jjamppong had a lot of ingredients and the broth was delicious, but the noodles weren't seasoned at all. The sweet and sour pork was disappointing in size and smelled like pork. When explaining the spiciness level, I think it would be better if you used an analogy to explain it. For example, it is spicier than Shin Ramyun, as spicy as Buldak, etc. When I asked “How spicy is it?” I received the answer that out of a scale of 1 to 4, level 1 was the least spicy and level 4 was the spiciest. The service was good, but it was a disappointing visit.

The taste and service overall were below standard compared to a year ago. Despite what happened, I had good memories so I visited again, but I was so disappointed.
Overall, I had a satisfying meal, but it wasn't what I expected. All the noodles were cold and didn't go well with the sauce. The Jjajangmyeon was cold! The Jjamppong was good because it had a lot of seafood, but the noodles were cold, so it didn't taste good. The Tangsuyuk was overcooked, but it was delicious!
We didn't get any service other than ordering. The servers are too dark. It doesn't fit with the atmosphere of the store.

We were a little hesitant to go because of the overall rating but I’m glad we went. The food was really yummy and the portions are huge! The jjambong was loaded with so much seafood. The service was excellent and everyone was so attentive. Give it a try especially if you’re making a stop at H Mart!

What I ordered didn't come out properly and the customer service was garbage. In particular, when I inquired about the taste of the jjamppong, whether it was a male employee or the owner, the taste was as good as plain water, and they told me that the chef had not come to work, and the cooking method must have been different (hell jjajang order -> regular jjajang), but they gave me spicy sauce without even a word of apology for the wrong menu. He sprinkled it on and left. It took an hour and I was looking forward to it, but I lost my appetite and felt bad. It's been a messy evening
