Must have Chinese food in Atlanta!
Skewers so so delicious and I just can’t stop eating!
All cold dishes, soup, cold noodle, entries are spicy and great! Very northeast China flavor!
Always full of people but I’m happy to wait for the food.
But somehow the floor is always oily and slippery, so be careful walking

Food is good, I like the way they decor the restaurant. A little pricey if you see from the portion. Service is quick.

Of course it’s not as good as the shaokao in mainland China. But let’s be honest, I can hardly find one in the United States to beat this location, and I’m sure they are the best in the Atlanta area.Want to try something? 拌花菜 is good and spicy, 自然肥瘦 is good while still hot, 烤鱼扣,烤豆皮,both quite good. The only thing I would go against for is the 秋刀鱼, not quite fresh imo.Btw, you always want to call to reserve a table before you go, unless you enjoy waiting at the front desk. Average waiting time is 30+ minutes if you don’t call before you go.

Good flavors and cozy place for skewers with friends. My only complaint is they took forever for the skewers to come. I like it when skewers all come at once instead of eating one and wait for the next one to come. The waiting gap for the next skewer just ruined the vibe.

Pig's trotters are super delicious! The skewers are also good! But the garlic on the scallops and grilled eggplant were cut too big and were really inedible. But the main thing I want to talk about is the service. It took us half an hour to drive there from Buck Head, and it was quite late. The hotel didn’t close until 11:00. We arrived at about 9:45, and the waiter also took us to our seats. As a result, as soon as the menu was brought out, they told us that the kitchen was going to be closed when we ordered. At 10:10, they brought us the bill as soon as we finished eating, urging us to pay. At 10:30, we basically started cleaning and collecting things. That is to say, don’t say anything about yourself if you are in a hurry to get off work. It closes at 11 o'clock, you can change it to 10:30 on Google. You can also say around 10 o'clock that we won't accept new customers. What's also particularly funny is that Google says the store "Kingguojianghu" closes at eleven o'clock, YH BBQ says it closes at ten thirty, and the sign on the door of their store says ten o'clock. Please maintain a basic continuity of information! In the end, the bill was miscalculated. Because the experience was so bad, I didn’t leave a lot of tips. I didn’t even say hello when I went out. I could only say how much tip was appropriate for the service!

Great flavor, but a bit over priced. The beef skewers was pretty tasty.

A good sign of an authentic Chinese restaurant is that the restaurant is packed by Chinese, and this is definitely the place. I went to this place for the first time on a Thursday afternoon, and by 6 pm this place was packed. I only ordered kabobs and they are awesome, the quality of the meat, the seasoning, and the time it was cooked all added up perfectly. The food just tastes like what I had in China growing up, it brought up so much good memories. The restaurant is very clean and it has a lot of personal space, it’s better than the typical “hole in the wall” type of authentic Chinese restaurants. The waitress was also great, she filled water in my cup quite a few times and always came and check on me. The food was served very quickly, maybe in 10 minutes the order was placed. I spent $30 on my meal, it is not very cheap for Chinese food but it’s just such a wonderful experience. The lamb kabob, beef tripe, and vegetable rolled in pressed tofu are my favorite. I ordered some more tofu rolls for to go and they taste great the next day. They are a little spicy but I’m sure the level can be adjusted.

By the way their fatty beef (#5 on the manual) is so tiny! Look at the picture I posted, all the pieces on the skewer is smaller than my thumb nail. I think they can’t make it smaller because the meat will just fall off if they did. Though it’s 10 pieces in one order, one piece is roughly 89 cents, the meat you can get from it is just so little and I don’t think it really worthwhile. The flavor is good but just the quantity is too little to be satisfying. The special lamb #4 was a much better size.

Said to be open via maps but was closed so I can't say anything about it as I didn't get to order anything

Great Food and Service! It's worth the money paid.

Food was great. They have a wide range of selection of meats and vegetables. I think the skewers and the seafood boil are more worth than their hot dishes. Service was good and friendly. Definitely give them a go if you're in the area!
