Honestly the whole shift working November 16 130pm need to just resign I think this job is a bit out of their skill levels … do yourself a favor fill up on water any money spent here is a waste

This KFC is the worst. This is my third chance with them I went today and asked for a number 7 box but I asked for two breast and wing original when I got home I had extra crispy and it was two thighs and leg what is the problem there this happen before what the manger or who ever is taken your order cant hear or if they didn't have original why they didn't tell me I would have waited I'm DONE that's why I'm writing this review because this is the third time this happen to me I should not have to keep going back saying my order is wrong they just give you what they want you to have. I really hope someone figure out how to clean up that communicational skills there and stop trying to beat a drive thur number.

Okay guys beware with paying using a card. I went through the drive through and ordered a pot pie and the cherry turnover poppers (10 pc) the guy didn't tell me how much at the window, which i thought was odd, but I had confirmed my order and I knew how much I was spending. He asked me to pull forward because my cherry turnover poppers were cooking and my order would be brought out to me. I did that. When the food was brought out I asked if receipt was in the bag and was told yes. We'll, no receipt was in the bag. I checked my bank account and I was charged $18.00!!! My meal should have cost about $12.00 with tax!! Seriously!?!? I did NOT drive away, I went straight in there and told him how much I was charged. He asked what I purchased and he said "somehow " the system charged me for a 2 pc meal as well. Yeah, right!! He refunded me the money to my card. When I asked for receipts to verify both transactions he said his receipt machine wasn't working. So if it wasn't working and he knew that, he purposely lied to me when he brought the food out and just figured I wouldn't bother with it. Wrong person! I don't mess around when it comes to money!

I have been very skeptical about KFC for the last couple of years. I went a few weeks ago with my sister because that was what she wanted for dinner. We went through the drive thru and ordered, paid, and was told to park and wait for the fresh food. When we got it, it was hot and fresh. I went back a few days later and the same thing and the food was so fresh. Tonight, I go back and get food for my husband and I and again it was hot and fresh. The workers are so friendly too.

SMH! I was just here on Tuesday to get the 8 piece bucket mixed. I did not get no breast, one wing, 5 drum sticks , and two thighs that were room temperature (Sigh)! Today Wednesday I purchased a chicken pot pie and NO CHICKEN!!!

Thanks, to Josiah today. He kept me informed of any delay or anything out of today. Corporate "help them stay stocked". He was very courteous and professional. KFC on Pleasant Hill. Staff works hard.
Make sure to get a receipt at the “ Manager “ charged my credit card $10 for a five dollar meal then after asking him for a receipt could not provide one when he attempted to give me my refund. He tried to refund me $8.16 and was completely unable to still provide any receipt for my prior purchase. Then proceeded to tell me to get out and never come back.
