Very disappointing Everytime last time my husband and I came no hot donuts unless the light is on we was told and now we have been given a 50$ gift card and can't spend it because they just told us that at this time we are not accepting gift cards or coupons I love Krispy kreme but two disappointments is enough I'll just go to quick trip for some donuts or Dunkin donuts

The donuts are always good. Service is good. My issue is how are you advertising iced coffee and giving me lukewarm coffee with some melted ice cubes in it.

Love the donuts but they can be found in any location. It’s the service in this shop that is one star. Never a “hello”, “how can I help you” or any acknowledgment when you walk in. They wait for you to order without saying anything and after you pay there is no “thank you” or “have a good day”. They did not know how to enter a code from app to get a discount. I had to show the code/barcode multiple times to get the discount. I guess they figure the donuts speak for themselves and since there aren’t many locations around, customer service is not necessary.

The manager in the morning is a joke and the drive thru chinese lady with glasses down to her nostrils just stares at you weird enough to make you feel uncomfortable. Why would you wear glasses when you are not even staring through lenses.
Asian lady, be careful, she speaks very negatively.

I had an experience less than perfect and had to return/exchange my donuts yesterday. The store manager on duty, Gina, listened to my concern and took care of me. This was my first return/exchange and I will strongly recommend this store for your sweet cravings. I been coming here since 2011. Thank you Gina for your superb customer service. I feel that it has gotten overpriced and I don't pick up donuts as often as I used to. But the ones empty for Georgia are still as good as always the one in Duluth the donuts have gotten very very small. But the ones in Buford are good
