Ramen was a good price. $13 for ramen can't be beat in this area however the service want great There was a kid in the register who couldn't get off his phone. We needed to order and get some boxes and he wouldnt get off his phone. Food was great, service not so much. Also found a wire in my ramen

Came here with friends and one of my friends ended up finding a maggot in her ramen. She then goes up to tell the cashier about it and he lies and tells her that it is a bean sprout, CLEARLY it was not and it was a BUG! The owner then comes out after my friend tries to get her money back, having an attitude and telling her to just put the ramen to the side. Worst experience ever, absolutely disgusting.

Delicious Ramen ! 🍜 Great taste and flavor! I’ve definitely had better ramen, but Kumai is in top 5! The veggie ramen was very tasty and fresh! I do suggest the owners update their payment system and card reader as we did have trouble paying…the card reader is very old and slow. Overall great option for ramen in this plaza! Plenty of seating and a very nice ambiance.

It was quick, affordable and delicious. Located inside jusgo supermarket and would definitely recommend everyone to try. I got takoyaki as well and it was pretty good. Overall was great experience
After living in Tokyo for years this was very disappointing. The gyoza tasted like they came out of frozen prepackaged meals, and the miso ramen was tasteless. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was better but still nothing to write home about. It’s edible, but not very exciting.

We always get a bowl of Ramen with the pork cutlet when we're over by Jutso. Tried the Takoyaki too which are super comforting. Definitely a place we'd recommend!

Just came back from Japan so we got the pork cutlet curry, tonkatsu ramen, and tuna onigiri. The curry was terrible ?!! It was watery and didn’t have the deep rich flavor it’s supposed to. The tonkatsu ramen was alright and the tuna onigiri had way too much filling! The balance of rice is just not there. My taste buds won’t allow me to come here again
