I would have rated 5 stars, but I was not offered an exchange for an item that was unsatisfactory. The drink contained chili flakes, which were not mentioned on the menu. Had I known, I would have chosen something else
Good place. My go to place for post outdoor work during hot summer
Bad customer service
When I placed my order, the promo said “Buy two, get one free.” The order screen even showed one drink was free, but when I checked out they still charged me full price. When I went to pick it up and talked to the staff, they said they couldn’t fix it because it was an app issue. Honestly, it feels like a total SCAM . The tall staff member with glasses, had a rude and disrespectful attitude. The way they talked and acted was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Get place, friendly staff, prices are reasonable, great placement
My little sister probably single handedly keeps this place running. Our whole family honestly loves this place. They have great flavors, service, orders come out real quick and they always have a positive attitude. Whenever we want a sweet treat, this is normally the go to. And it doesn't even break the bank either, Id say they're pretty reasonable. If you like boba and haven't had kung fu tea: 1) im shocked and 2) its definitely worth to visit.
The boba here is decent, but today’s drink was a bit disappointing. I don’t remember the boba getting this hard so quickly in the past, but after just a few sips, it had already lost its chewy texture and become noticeably firm.
Maybe it’s just been a while since I last had Kung Fu Tea, but compared to other places, the boba didn’t hold up as well. I’ll probably try a different spot next time to see if there’s a difference.
Nice arrangements of teas
They label their tea as 'black' but it tasted more like Oolong to me.. I believe they use their own company blends - which I wish they would've disclosed, as I couldn't drink my tea. At the register it does state no refunds or exchanges, so I had to grant mine to the trash. A bit disappointing.
They have the best bubble tea 🍵

"This store is amazing! I always stop by for a quick Honey Green Tea, and it's always refreshing. Huge thanks to the friendly staff and the owner for making each visit a great experience. Highly recommend!"

I've always wondered about this place. We came in and tried the black tea with rainbow jelly. It was good. I will be back and try other flavors.
I really love Kung Fu Tea and it’s one of my go-to spots, but unfortunately, this particular location just doesn’t hit the mark. Every time I get tea from here, it feels off whether it’s the taste or the quality. I’ve had consistent issues with this location, especially when ordering for delivery. I usually go to the Medlock Johns Creek location, which is always on point, but since this one is closer to my home, I often have to order from here for delivery. And every time, something seems to go wrong: the order is incorrect, the drinks taste strange, and sometimes the lids aren’t sealed properly. I’ve even reached out to them about the issues, but nothing has changed. It’s honestly really disappointing because I love Kung Fu Tea, just not from this location.
The app did not update my location and my order was placed at a location an hour away. I called to let them know so my points in the app could be refunded and they refused because they made the drinks. Absolutely terrible customer service considering there are so many other tea shops. Do NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS and take it elsewhere
Cute little boba spot , many options and lactose free options. I love the new little collectables
