I am sad to see Kups fold under the CoVid19 era....I enjoyed the drinks there. Loved most of the people except this one green haired lil'nimrod. You will be missed Kups

Walked in, asked employee for any recommendations three times they couldn't recommend me to enjoy a drink or food option in fact they told me what they are lacking today, they lack suggestive selling and I would not recommend coming to such a nice place with employees that have no care to converse with their customers. Took my kids.. they enjoyed the Italian ice. And I loved the thai tea. It's a cute shop. They even have board games to play while you enjoy your treats! Definitely will go back!

Cute bubble tea + dessert shop! After sampling a few flavors, I decided on the Little Tokyo which is a flavored Italian ice + vanilla custard combo with an Asian twist! My first time trying matcha green tea Italian ice and it did not disappoint! The matcha was not too sweet or bitter, but complimented the sweetness of the custard well. The texture of tHe dessert was my favorite part. The thick, snow-like texture with the creaminess of the custard worked well. I loved this place and will definitely come back!!! They also have a cool concept mirroring froyo business model where you can sample and selff-serve bubble tea and toppings. I sampled a few of the teas and enjoyed it. Service was great. Cute study vibes as well.

This place has a great concept. Self serve boba tea. Think of a fro-yo place except instead of toppings and frozen yogurt dispensers, you see a wall of flavored teas and a "toppings" station for your iced tea. I've been here a few times and my boyfriend enjoys their thai iced tea. I'm not a huge boba fan but like that they offer a variety of different flavors of tea that you can drink over ice or at room temperature. For those of you who remember, this location used to be the Rustic Couch cafe before they burned down. I like how Kups Kafe also offers homemade Italian ice. I definitely will look forward to trying their many delicious flavors the next time I visit. Plenty of parking near this cafe as it is located in the "Eiffel Tower" Vietnamese business owned shopping center off of Satellite Blvd. The staff here are super helpful and knowledgeable. This is a great spot to catch up with friends, get dessert post dinner or grab a quick drink to go. It's a kid-friendly place that even offers board games to enjoy if you have time to chill.

I've always been interested to see what would take over The Rustic Couch. Open late, we stopped in after a late dinner off of Pleasant Hill Kups Kafe is a large space, filled with what some people have coined a self serve DIY bar. You can ask for sample cups to try some of the available teas. There are milk teas and fruit teas, or just good ole black/green teas. Once you've made your decision, grab a real cup from the server to start making your drink. I decided to go with the classic black milk tea before heading over to the toppings bar, where you can get unlimited toppings. Sure, you can get as many as you want but your cup can only hold so many. I got a little egg pudding, boba and grass jelly, which mirrors my classic favorite "Three Brothers" drink from Coco. It can be a little sweet, although you can mix it with other teas that have 0 to no sugar, which I tried to do. The tea is nothing to rave about but the self serve teas and toppings bar are definitely something unique in the metro Atlanta bubble tea market.

Great Cafe to hang out or do a little bit of work. Also, has some great food/snack options like spam musubi. Oh and did I mention a self serve tea area.

My friends and I walked by and saw a sign that said the bubble tea & toppings were self-serve, which I've never seen or heard of before. You walk in, purchase a cup (regular or large), choose two toppings, and then go to the wall of tea flavors and choose what you want. You have to take your cup of tea back to the counter to get it sealed. It's a fun and cool concept since you can control how many of each topping you want. I wish they had a few more tea flavors, but I'm fine with the basics, too! Their matcha milk is a little strong, but very good! You can also get a sample cup to try out each tea flavor before you commit to one. The prices aren't too bad, either. I believe the regular sized cup is less than $5.00, and the large is less than $6.00. They also have Italian ice and custard in a bunch of different flavors (get a sample of the matcha and taro, just to say you tried it).

My review on Kups is based solely off of their bubble tea. I was quite sad when Kups replaced Rustic Couch because I really enjoyed eating and drinking at Rustic Couch however when I discovered that Kups has a do-it-yourself bubble tea bar, I was very estatic. Rustic Couch, who? haha... anyways they have sample cups that you can ask for to try all the different flavors they have. My favorite is always and forever Lychee tea. You can ask for a small or large size and scoop up your own toppings and fill your cup. Then you return to the front to get your cup sealed and viola your bubble tea is done! The workers there are always very nice.
