The food is not good especially for the price. Save your money. This is not authentic Peruvian. Very disappointed

I'm Peruvian and the taste of the food has nothing to do with it, the grilled chicken didn't taste better than the one from Publix, the chicha morada didn't taste like anything, the only thing that was more or less good was the chaufa chicken rice and the heating I was forced to eat in the cold then. Not recommended.
Ok,the price,in the,.food is not right...
I usually go to this place when I am craving Peruvian food, I also work in restaurants in customer service and this place was good and I don't know what happened to it, the service was normal, it was not excellent service nor surprising, as a waitress I usually be very strict in how they serve me because they are doing the job that I do, so my expectations are high in the service, they were helpful but when I arranged the plates so that they could come over and offer me a dessert (they didn't) and the check I had to wait quite... the restaurant was empty, there were only 1 or 2 tables apart from us and that to me is nothing, my waitress was simply talking to two guys giving more importance to them than to our table (work is work and to socialize you can do it outside during working hours, if you are there it is to pay attention to the tables, not to a couple of men who were not eating) I still left him a tip that was $20 dollars for a total of $92 even though the tip could have been much more yes attention would have been optimal and complete. I know that normally Hispanics like us do not value waiters and most do not leave a tip or it is very little and perhaps that is why they opted for the included tip (in my case they did not include it) and I completely understand this as a waitress and this should continue to be like this, but if you are including tips make sure you have staff that deserves that tip, unfortunately this was my last time of many here, I was disappointed by the increase in prices for such a basic presentation and flavor (I will attach a photo of some Peruvian corn that really hurt me paying $10 dollars for that, tasteless and poorly presented, we had to eat it anyway we wouldn't lose the money) and for the steak I ordered medium well and they gave me medium rare, I left the pieces of meat open so they could see them...
The only thing that never disappoints me here is the ceviche. I hope one day to see reviews here again and say that the restaurant has improved. It makes me sad that they had so much potential as a restaurant and it all went to waste.

I always go to this place, I know the owners, very good people, and we had great times there, years ago the choritos a la chalaca and the ceviche, my favorite dishes, were awesome. Something happened between then and now, food is not like it used to be. The last time we were there we ordered pollo saltado, a dish that my wife loves specially because how they use to make it there, this time it wasn’t nothing like before, no flavor, looked like boiled chicken then fried, horrible. And since those new waitresses are there the service is not service any more. They are just seating in a table eating all the time and just chatting. She came to the table took the order and never came back. Someone else brought the food, but our waitress never came back not even for a water refill, and she had the nerve to charge 20% tip, with an excuse of the computer not working they also want Zelle, of course I didn’t not gave her 20% due to the poor service and to the stupids excuse that they need to add it to the bill. I also have been in the restaurant business many years ago and I know about food and service. Sadly, we will never come back, good luck Brasa Rustica, you need to fired all those waitresses they are hurting your business, and you need to go back to the drawing board

Too expensive. You trust the prices on the menu and when you ask for the bill they charge you service, taxes, price of the food and a mandatory percentage of tips. What they call a misleading offer

I ordered an order of chicken and they served it Frioooo, when the very kind waitress told me that they would change it, the cook told her that all the chickens were the same, so they don't sell fresh chickens, it is reheated food, really disgusting. The chicken was cold and not fresh. When the waitress very kindly told me that they would change it, the cook told her that all the chickens were the same, which means that the food is not fresh. That part is very disgusting.

I will no longer support this restaurant due to their exorbitant fees for paying with a credit card. I placed an order for a whole roasted chicken. When I went to pay for it, there were two prices for the order -- cash, and credit card with a surcharge higher than 5%.

Today I went to this Peruvian restaurant to eat roast chicken and, unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. I was served three chicken breasts that were clearly damaged, rotten and decomposed. The smell and taste were obvious, making me lose my appetite immediately.
This is not only a lack of quality and respect for the customer, but also represents a serious health hazard. Eating spoiled food can cause severe food poisoning, with symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, fever and dehydration. Additionally, ingesting spoiled meat can lead to even more severe complications, such as bacterial infections from salmonella or E. coli, which may require urgent medical attention.
These types of situations not only affect the restaurant's reputation, but also put the health of its diners at risk. It is essential that food establishments maintain high standards of hygiene and freshness in their products to avoid problems like these. I paid 34 dollars for a damaged meal.
