La Brasa Rústica is a true treasure for lovers of Peruvian gastronomy. I have had the pleasure of enjoying their delicious dishes on multiple occasions, from the refreshing Ceviche to the tasty Arroz choufá and the traditional Peruvian Causa. However, on this visit I decided to venture out and try something new: Chicken Heart Anticuchos.

Some of the best chicken in the area. Service was great. They don't speak much English but are very hospitable and help you navigate the menu. Portions are amazing. The fries were good, too, and more than enough for a family. We will be back every weekend. I also had a margarita while I waited at the bar for my order.
