Food was edible nothing great or terrible. Service was terrible; we got appetizers and a couple of tostadas pretty quickly. We ordered two taco orders that after 40 minutes didn't arrived, we asked to cancel them but the waitress said we can't cancel anything. After an hour the two taco orders didn't come, we asked for three check, paid and left. I won't recommend this place to anyone, we will never be back.

Huge plate of seafood. Very authentic beautiful Ceviches. The fajitas, the chicken was wonderful the sides not so good. Refried beans very watery and they only give you just a dab of sour cream and guacamole for your fajitas. They do the seafood plates a lot better.

The server was extremely rude we politely asked if everything was alright because the food of one of our party was late and the server said well that's too bad after that we asked for a desert cake that said happy graduation and he said that they don't do that that it only says happy graduation so we said that that's fine but then he said that they couldn't do that since it's nobody's birthday so we simply asked for just the desert and he still had a bad attitude and problem with it I do recommend this restaurant please do not come here.

My family has been coming here since it opened and through the years we have had good experiences and bad. Tonight by far was the worst experience we have ever had. We were enjoying ourselves as the night was coming to a close, we noticed they were cleaning for closing so our party was finishing the last of the drinks and we started cleaning up the table to help the waitress which was picking up around us. At that point, the waitress from the next table came over and told us we had to leave because they were closed and snatched the drink out of my husband's hand. He told her he was just finishing it but she stated we needed to leave because they had to clean. The table was already cleared except the 3 drinks our party was finishing. I told our waitress what happened and she apologized but then the other waitress came back and my mom told her she should not act that way with customers. The waitress told her, "lady you should just leave." And her body language was that of someone ready for a confrontation. We were walking towards the front of the restaurant and seeing this, I returned and went to the gentleman in red shirt I assumed was one of the managers. I explained what happened and he apologized but this whole situation should not have happened. I am completely embarrassed as my in-laws are visiting from another country and we took them there as we always have a good time. It makes me hesitant to take other people there.

The environment at this establishment was pleasant. I ordered the Cangrego Relleno. This is a "market price" seafood menu item. There is no disclosure on the menu that a large portion of the seafood entree is imitation crab meat. I didn't want to eat processed seafood while paying a fresh seafood market price. The manager said I should have asked what their entree comprised of. Do not mislead your customer by withholding critical information. This is false advertising. The manager was defensive from the start and didn't accept my willingness to pay a portion of full price. Despite my dissatisfaction with the entree, I barely ate, she forced me to pay full price. No one in there right mind wants to pay over $58 for an entree with imitation crab. Expect this bill to be disputed in pursuant of U.C.C. 1-308. That entree stayed at the table and I'll never visit this establishment again.

Food is pretty good, but not good enough to go torture yourself and be humiliated. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to enjoy good moment talking with your friends and family here. Using their Manager's words "this is a mariachi place (Mexican Live music)." Which means you may have to be subjected to an extremely loud band next to you playing high frequency music with a speaker on for 45 MINS or more. And the restaurant won't even try to take your complaint serious and try to make your experience here better because they don't care. The manager said, "As long as there is customer keep paying, We will let it keep going. This is the BASIC CONCEPT. If you don't like it, you should not come to our restaurant". This is such an insulting talk with the manager. She literally asked us with an attitude" have you been ever here before? Lunch or dinner?" I don't see the point of that question. It's very unprofessional as a manager bahaving like that. From our experience, they didn't respect us as a customer at all. They didn't do anything to solve complaints, instead, they blamed us for going there without understanding a mariachi restaurant should play annoying music next to you for 45 mins. We understand that these bands are part of the experience, but there should be a time limit to respect the other diners. She is right at one thing. We should not go to such a customernoservice place from the first place.

If I could rate it a 0 I would but one is wayyyy too high to rate this place. Awful customer service and took them an hour and a half to seat my party when they had my table already ready. If you come in be prepared to have some hostesses with attitudes and wait for too long a time. They wanted the whole party there which is reasonable but we were only missing 2 people out of the whole party who was ready there waiting for longer then me. Took them forever to take our drink orders and even longer to bring out the food. The food was cold and did not taste right. We paid too much money for these people to have us held hostage there for 4 hours. The bill was all messed up so we ended up paying more then we needed to. When we brought it up to their attention they took 25 minutes to fix the issue. I should've known by how messy everything was that we shouldn't have eaten there but we we're celebrating my cousins birthday so we needed to be here for her. Next time we will just go across the street to Stevie Bo's because they are much more organized there then this place. It was loud and packed and trash everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. I am very hard to disappoint and this place had me very heated. Never again will I spend my hard earned cash on a disgusting restaurant like this one here. I recommend Pappadeaux if you want some good seafood for a similar price. At least they have some decorum.

Came here late on a Thursday!! It was super crowded and the music was lit! Even though I didn't understand the food was pretty good! Will come back to try some seafood platter

Service wasn't the best. Servers were a little rude. Food is flavored well and they give nice size portions. Live music was a little loud but a great feature. Don't go with a large crowd. Make sure you confirm prices because they will not alter you bill even if price is misquoted

Yeah no, do not recommend this place. Music is too loud. Lots of servers just standing around. Our server didn't come around much. I was instantly annoyed when I tried to order a margarita from the menu that stated it was available in small, medium or large but the server claimed she only had it in medium or large. Felt like she was trying to upsell the table for a bigger tip. Well no worries cause we won't be returning. Lots of flies flying around and crappy output on the AC. It was difficult to eat our food while being so hot. Tried food off different plates and the dishes either had strange flavor combos or no flavor at all.

I'm not sure what it was but it was like BOTH bartenders where avoiding us at all cost. I got pasta del chef and on the menu it does not say that it has pork sausage so when it came out I was a little confused and asked the bartender it took her around ten minutes to even confirm. When I explained to her that I haven't eaten pork in over tens years she gave me an awkward glance, I asked for a new pasta and it took around 15 mins to get it back which was no issue after my new pasta was brought to me the bartender did not come to check or ask how the food was until we called her over for boxes which was in itself a hassle. Over all the food was good but the way the bartenders treated us was absolutely unacceptable. If I ever decide to eat here again it will strictly be carry out this will be my first and last time dining inside this restaurant.

I can't get enough of Las Costas. From the strong drinks, to the large, authentic food portions. The menu is partially in Spanish, so be sure to read all descriptions, pictures etc as many dishes have similar titles. On weekends and evening there's often music as well. Definitely recommend!
