I walked in last night with a great spirit and positive energy happy to be served because I worked at 12 hour shift and was seated at the back of the restaurant. I sat at the table for 40 minutes to be exact. Everyone walked past me, and no one asked me has my order had been taken. I felt highly discriminated against Because I am a young black woman. I had to go outside and call them on the phone to speak with someone. I asked to speak with the manager but the manager was unable to speak to me, because he only spoke Spanish, I stated that I was bilingual so there wouldn’t have been any language barrier. after speaking to someone that was not the manager, he stated if I was to come back in, I would be served. I then go back in and Had to wait an additional 20 minutes and still was not served. I Do not recommend this place for any Mexicans of color or any Black people. Everyone just walked past and stared at me like I was Unhuman and the vibe was off as well. I can’t imagine starting a business in Mexico and treating the citizens and non-citizens there with disrespect, i’m just going to assume the owner of this business and all of the employees was raised in a disrespectful household. I FELT UNWELCOME.

I drove 2 hours and got stuck in traffic to come eat at this restaurant. Very disappointed in the service, horrible service, waitress leaves and doesn’t come back till an hour and a half back. I didn’t even receive 2 orders.Dont come here unless you like a bad lifestyle .

The waiter Manuel gives bad service. Apart from that, he was not left a tip for his bad service and he tipped himself $20 when paying with the card. The truth is I feel very upset and dissatisfied because it is a theft looking at it properly.

Today I was with my family, the waiter was Manuel, the food did not arrive at the same time.First they brought our daughters' food and then they brought my food 15 minutes later and finally my husband's. We asked for the bill and it took almost 40 minutes to bring us the bill.Definitely disappointed.In this place they give priority to those who go and consume alcoholic beverages.And the clients who go with family make us wait.My purpose was Hera to all have dinner together.Very bad service.
