This must be a joke , never have I ever gotten crazy bread from a little Caesar’s like this .. won’t be going back to this location .

This location is so sad... I don't come to little Caesar's often, and my experience at this location makes me want to turn away from the company forever. They never have any pizza ready at all. So, I try to see if anything is ready and nope. I would have to wait for the puffs, crazy bread, wings, and pizza.. what ever happened to being able to walk in and just order a pizza and go? Avoid this location at all costs.. you could order a pizza from anywhere else and get it faster than here.

I’m just going to start avoiding this location altogether. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time I come to this location it takes forever just to get my food. Tonight, I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza online. At 7:19, I received an email saying that my order was ready to be picked up. I walked in and did not see my name on the screen and the code they sent me did not work. There were 7 people waiting in the lobby for their food and only 2 workers in the place. One was cooking and the other was taking orders. The one taking orders ended up leaving out of the store and left the cook with a store full of waiting customers. I waited to see my name pop up on the screen and it never showed up. I ended up having to drive to one of the locations in Lilburn and placing my order there. At this location, the food was ready for me to pick up at the time they quoted me in my confirmation email. Again, Im just going to avoid going to the location on Old Norcross. It makes no sense at all.

I asked for pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese. This girl says pepperoni and shrimp. I didn't know they sold shrimp. Oh, they don't. I've never seen toppings on top of cheese. Ridiculous will not be back. Breadstick dry.

The manager Devon was very helpful in expediting our call in order that couldn't be found upon arrival. He made sure he got it done quickly and was very helpful. Thank you!!! Very respectable and kind.

I understand being busy and not being able to help customers on the spot but when an employee audibly groans whenever a customer walks in, is not a good look. I’ve come to this location for a couple months now and already seen so many new employee faces in and out. Whatever you are doing with your management, needs to be changed.

I came to this place and they told me I had to wait 15 minutes and it turned into 1 hour. When I asked to cancel they told me that they would still charge me. They practically forced me to buy the pizza and wait. Terrible customer service.

40 minutes or more for a pizza… it's crazy time. There's no point in ordering it online for pickup, they'll still make you wait. And getting to the counter is crazy, it is always full of people inside and outside the store since the establishment is super small.
