The Newer Young Black Man Working At 5pm Today Is Exactly What This Location Needed! His Energy Is Very Welcoming And He’s So Respectful. He Answers The Phone To Take Orders Y’all!!! Customer Service Is A 10/10. The Food Is Usually A Hit Or Miss Since One Of The Employees Left But I Still Try My Luck, At This Location ONLY. Today Everything Was Perfection. Shout Out To The New Crew!!

African American Guy who works in here didn't understand English well. I have hard times in communication though phone. He didn't understand what i want to order it. I can't order pizza that I want to. So, I have to revise my order and it sucks. He also told me that it takes 20 minutes to get pizza but it takes over 1 hour to get it. It takes too long to get it. Please, If manager see this post, u have to hire different employees who can understand English and receive the order. He has weird accents that I didn't understand.

I bought a pizza from this location and it exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly baked, the sauce had great flavor, and the toppings were fresh and well balanced. Everything was ready on time and the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

I will never go here again and I encourage others to avoid this place as well. There is no sense of customer service whatsoever. These people have no idea how to run a pizza shop. Hot-N-Ready is a myth at this location. I just waited 45 minutes for a “hot-n-ready” and it was undercooked because the guy reached so far into the oven to pull it out; even he knew I had been waiting forever! This is the 4th time this has happened, where it takes forever to serve one large pepperoni. So I’m at home now waiting for my oven to heat up so I can finish cooking my 45 minute hot-n-ready pizza. These people give LC a bad rep and need some remedial training ASAP from HQ. Maybe someone else will benefit from that, but it won’t be me. I’m done with this location.

Please do not waste your time here. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread from ubereats. I was waiting for my order for about an hour. I called the restaurant to see what was going on with my order, I was told the restaurant was understaffed today but my order would get checked on and delivered to me. I decided to cancel after reading the reviews and also seeing their health rating was an 82. Not worth it at all. Go to another location.. I wasted 14 dollars.

This has happened too
many times for me not to leave a review, the owner needs to get it together with how they run a business. You need to have staff that can work and not look like deer in the headlights when orders are pilling up. Waited over 2.5 hrs for 2 1 topping pizzas. The worse part is, I got a confirmation email stating my order was ready for pick up and it was still and hr wait in the store after that. When my husband complained to the staff he said my pizza code expired as an excuse. That's a lie because no pizzas where ver even put in the portal on friday 1/16 and my husband was there the whole time waiting. Yall need to have hot and ready pizzas on back up. This is crazy. I've given yall too many chances because sadly
this isn't my first experience like this.

Don't waste your time or money. This place is the worst! We ordered one pepperoni pizza & one crazy bread. They took 1 hour 25 minutes to make on a Friday afternoon at 12 pm. I stood in this place for over an hour waiting for one pizza. I asked the guy working there several times to just give me a refund & he ignored me. I even called another Little Caesars for help. They said there was nothing they could do. NEVER coming back.

Manager always understaffed the location wait time during busy periods is usually 45 mins late. It's consistent maybe if you beat the rush. Corporate needs to come take a look cause they are the opposite of their fast and ready motto. In the mean time you can listen to about 10 people constantly complaining about the wait.
