Little Caesars Pizza

I visited Little Caesars on December 1, 2024, around 6:38 PM to order two pizzas. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted, which set a positive tone for my experience. Despite the high volume of orders the two gentlemen were managing that evening, they maintained a friendly demeanor and greeted each customer with a smile.

I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication, especially during such a busy time. Their ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure was impressive, and I didn’t mind waiting patiently as they handled everything with professionalism.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Franco and his colleague for their exceptional customer service. They clearly work extremely hard and deserve recognition for their efforts, possibly even additional compensation for their outstanding performance.

Thank you for fostering such a positive environment, even during peak hours. I look forward to my next visit!

Although the wait can get a little long on weekend nights the food, customer service and cleanliness are well ahead of many other locations. I go here weekly and with the new manager(s) the store is finally starting to keep up with its demands.

The service is terrible, the workers DO NOT come to the counter to serve you. You almost have to beg them to serve you.

Wow!! What a great experience. I randomly decided to pick up some little Caesars. My son loves it. Thank you Andres for making sure our food was fresh and hot. I ordered an additional pizza with the “hot and ready.” Andres made sure both my orders came out at the same time. “Hot and ready.” Thank you for taking the time to make sure I received service that was above par ! I will be visiting this location regularly ! Kudos to management and an amazing team!!! Again, Thank you Andres for taking care of your customers !!! We appreciate you!

I visited this particular restaurant yesterday, I must say it was a rare one. The customer service was impeccable. I ordered an Italian cheese and specifically asked for it to come out at a certain time. I was glad that they really listened and did just as asked so my food was great. I would definitely return to this specific location

I don’t think the owner of this location has ever operated a QSR before. I think he needs to sell it to someone who knows what he’s doing or he’ll be closing the doors within a year. Terrible operation. Lacking leadership. Employees will stop answering the phone and will turn walk-ins away 30 minutes before close. (You can see their ride is waiting in the car outside… 30 mins! Before close!)
Store is often manned by only one employee. I’ve never even seen one “hot n ready” pizza on deck ready to go… at lunch. They just keep handing out “free classic pizza” coupons because every time I go there, they are either out of dough or sauce, or the line literally doesn’t move. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t even go here for a Free pizza. It takes 45 minutes for for “free hot n ready”? not worth it. The restaurant concept is built around cheap and fast pizza… if I have to wait 45 or get turned down all together…. I’d rather pay double and make the longer drive, to Johnny’s or Vinny’s and get a proper pizza. Corporate might want to step in and fix this location. It’s a great location and definitely has the potential to be million dollar store, but not if it continues to be run like this.

Wait times are ridiculous even when ordering ahead.

This was unexpected. I was in the area for a concert and I was hungry. I came here on a whim because I had a pizza craving and it was the best! Usually little Caesar’s are dirty, but this one was really clean! Allison was so nice and made sure the all of the pepperonis were perfectly placed! I will definitely go again when I am back in town 10/10. ?

The prices are reasonable for the quality, and they offer a great selection of toppings and customization options for those who want something unique. If you’re a pizza lover like me, Little Caesars Pizza at this Duluth location is the best??. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Their customer service and food is amazing. I recommend anyone to try them, if you are hungry of delicious pizza, you will not regret it.

Parking: No hassle to park, plenty of parking spaces and it's free.

Kid-friendliness: One can bring their kids to the store, as long as they are being controlled.

I ordered my pizza over the phone and the worker said it was a 45 min wait , when i went to pick up they were not ready … i waited in my car came back in and the worker said they gave my pizzas to another customer at this point i had been waiting for my pizza for 1 hour and 30 mins. Had to leave without my pizza. what a waste of time.
