My fiancé is currently waiting on my pizza that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:30PM. It’s 9:03 and it hasn’t even been prepped for the oven yet. 3 guys in the kitchen and I’ve called the store about 20 times in a row just trying to cancel and get a refund. 14 year old kid next to my fiancé came in after his baseball practice and has been waiting for over an hour on his dinner and his hasn’t hit the oven yet either. Working from 9AM to 8PM just to go pick up your food and find out you have to wait over 45 minutes it’s crazy. If the staffing is that bad, just shut it down my guy. Close up shop for a while until you can hire and train. It’s just ridiculous. Or at the very least pick up your phone so people can cancel??? Wack.

Sun 9/14/25. The worst employee ever. He was throwing stuff. Making noise to demonstrate he was upset. Treating the Kitchen girl like trash. Saying her racist rude words. And treating me and my wife very rude. This guy have angry issues.

Waited over an hour and a half for our online order. I saw it sitting out the whole time, and when they finally brought it over, it wasn’t even the right order we paid for. Complete waste of time. They desperately need to move faster—I watched at least seven customers walk out while we waited. Do not waste your time at this location.

This place always leaves a bad impression on me. I always have to wait a long time when I order. Even today, when I arrived 30 minutes after ordering, it wasn't ready, and I waited an hour in the store. They asked for my name three times and didn't even make my pizza. I don't think I'll ever order pizza from here again. It's truly disappointing.

We have to wait over an hour every single time we order through the app. Pizza is ok but not great. Service is absolutely horrible and has been for a long time. After waiting almost 2 hours this time, we've decided the frustration to save a couple dollars is not worth it. Will not be coming here again.
