I don't know why this place has some bad reviews. Yes, the location is hard to find, and yes the service can be slower than nearby restaurants, but the pork Bahn Mi, which I've had twice is fantastic! I'm going back next week!

I have to say that when I first tried this place it was not a great experience. It took forever to get my order. The banh mi was overpriced and disappointing. I guess if you like sweet below average banh mi then you're in for a treat because this is catered to a western taste. The lobster banh mi barely had any lobster in it. Why was it so sweet and saucy? I told myself I can't recommend this place to anyone. Years later someone from there reached out to me to give them another try. They said they've changed. I appreciated the sincerity and I want to support local businesses. I gave them another try. It still took forever to get our food after ordering. It was still sweet and disappointing. They didn't even have lobster banh mi. We went with the alternative which was blue crab. Barely any crab. A taste I never want to try again and the bread isn't even proper banh mi anymore. Not like it was proper before. It was more like hoagie bread. Speaking for the palette of my home country I will still highly recommend people to try better places. This ain't it.

The food is amazing! Beautiful presentation, with nice, clean flavors. The Chef/Owner was very friendly and attentive. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our food and talking with the Chef. Five stars all day long..

Pack all your patience. I went into the restaurant to order takeout around 11:30am. It took a solid 40 min for my order to be ready. Only the owner was working with no help (he told me). Even though I ordered before a family that came AFTER me, they got their food first. I was originally told 20-25 min wait. I was not compensated in anyway for my late order. Although the owner is very enthusiastic about the food he is serving, he should also understand that having a person wait for 40 min for 3 sandwiches and a bowl of pho to go is unreasonable. For a first time visitor I'm not sure I will be back. I'm ok with paying higher prices to get my bahn mi at Photastic Johns Creek, they are much faster and delicious. Their pho broth was ok, nothing special. I prefer the smaller bean sprouts and a richer spicier broth.

You always find the best food in the strangest little places. If you're in downtown Atlanta for business, like I am, I can't recommend this spot enough. The food was outstanding. I got the pho, lobster bahn mi, and yogurt. Best meal I've had in Atlanta. :)

This place is a joke. The food is good, but I think they use the weather to decide if they want to open or not. Todays excuse for being closed was to "restock." Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Pho 24. Great food and they actually know how to run a business.

Right off the bat, you can only order on a self-service kiosk... but they only have one so if you come in during a busy time, you're doomed to wait forever. Congrats, you placed your order! Now prepare to wait an insanely long time as they seem to be understaffed. Finally, your food has arrived! Unfortunately, if you've ever had a banh mi at the spots off of Buford Highway, prepare to be disappointed. These sandwiches are overpriced, the bread is nowhere near as good, they have onions and bell peppers in their veggies (not how banh mis are usually made), and the grilled pork was slow cooked or steamed at best. The lobster banh mi was a cold/flavorless salad in a warm sandwich. Do yourself a favor and instead go down to Buford Highway when you crave banh mis.

I love the variety of options for banh mi. The grilled curry chicken banh mi is my favorite. The service was very personable and the atmosphere looks im in Vietnam. My go-to spot for sure!

I tried their curry chicken banh mi and my husband the lobster. We also had shrimp spring rolls. Overall it was very good, fresh and extremely flavorful. I will definitely be back.

Great food, great service, great ambiance. Got the lobster banh mi, the fillings are good and the bread is nice and crispy. Price is very reasonable for what you get too. Location is convenient, right off PIB. Would highly recommend!

Delicious, fresh food and kind staff.I went here while pregnant a while back and felt so pampered by the sweet lady behind the counter. She insisted I take some yogurt and herbal tea for free because it would be good for my baby. Her welcoming warmth made an impact on me, and this is my go to spot for bahn mi!

To be honest I didn’t really think it was great I don’t want to leave you a bad review, but I think you guys need honest feedback. I paid extra for lobster meat for my lobster bahn mi and there was barely any meat on it and it was very plain. It was over priced and the person making it seemed to be new because she was learning how to make it as she was making it. I expected more as far as quantity and quality. You’re better off getting a sub from Publix.

The food is really tasty! The pho tastes rly good even tho they specialize in banh mi. Friendly service. They seem to really care about the taste of the food and spend their time making sure the food is great. The only con is that there’s only one person working here the last few times we came and the food always took a long time (for to go). On a busy Sat I waited almost 2 hours for my to go order. Just make sure you are not in a rush when you visit. I will def be back.

Overpriced, subpar, Banh Mi Sandwiches. Ingredients did not seem fresh. Can go down to Buford highway for a Banh Mi sandwich that is half the price with fresh ingredients. Also my order was received incorrect due to employee reinputting my order into the kiosk to show me that what I was doing was wrong. Ordering on a Kiosk makes my experience less personable. If I wanted to order and pay on a screen and not with an actual employee, i'd go to Taco Bell or Mcdonalds, and even there I can order with an actual person. First time visiting this restaurant. Last time I will be going.
