Just had a wonderful dining experience with our wonderful waiter Christian. Lovely decor, white linen, great service and delicious food at reasonable prices. Wine list was very good.

I would have loved to have tried the food.My $120 order was stolen by an Uber driver because Luciano’s does not verify who’s picking up the order.According to the manager “they are too busy to verify Uber orders and their frequent flyers know where to go to grab food”. It is a food safety issue to allow open access to pick up orders.I don’t blame Luciano’s for the actions of a thief. A lack of process and zero accountability for how easy they made it for someone to steal does not sit right with me.To add injury to insult the manager was very unpleasant. I work too hard for my money to be insulted, stolen from, and treated poorly when patronizing business.
