Convenient because it's in The Great Wall grocery store and the bread was so good but they stole my card info.

Was so happy to find a bakery with the buns I used to buy in China Town (Vancouver, BC and Manhattan, NY), but be aware this spot is inside the market! That's not very clear on Google Maps.We tried the pineapple buns (filled and unfilled) and coconut buns, and they were delicious.

If you are looking for a decent Chinese bakery in north Georgia, this is the one to go to.

I love getting Chinese and other Asian breads and baked goods from various bakeries. If you want good quality and a large variety of bread and baked goods, check this place out. They are a great alternative to Sweet Hut. They have a ton of variety, ranging from your more standard pork floss buns and bbq pork buns to the more unique items like Oreo Cream Buns and Blueberry Cheese Buns. All of them are very good. The bread is so soft and pillowy and the fillings are well balanced, with just the right amounts of sweetness or savory flavor. We'll worth the time to check out. And since it's in Great Wall Supermarket, you might as well get your shopping done while you're at it :)

I've eaten here a couple times and never remembered to take photos but I've had their taro mochi bun, green (mung) bean bun, dry pork onion roll, sponge cupcake, hong kong and taiwan polos, and milkshake bun. The main reason for five stars is that this sponge cupcake is, in my opinion, the best in the Atlanta area. It is incredibly fluffy, the taste is wonderfully balanced - sweet but not too sweet, and not too eggy. The dry pork onion roll is another must-try item here. There is enough pork and green onion in the roll and it is perfectly seasoned. The taro mochi bun is delicious as well, although I'm not sure how much can go wrong with taro mochi? Although I suppose I have had overly sweet taro items and mochi filled breads that were gooey instead of the proper mochi consistency once in a while, not the case here. The green bean bun is also super tasty. Mung bean flavor comes through and a pleasant sweetness level. The polos didn't thrill me, although admittedly sometimes polos are just *like that*. Though, these were a little on the dull side for polos. The Hong Kong one I liked a little better than the Taiwan one because the candy coating added at least something, even though I typically prefer Taiwan style. The milkshake bun (not the milk custard - I have not tried that one) was good but I expected more from it, usually with the exception of the ones that are made with lackluster bread *cough cough sweet hut* milk custard and milk custard-related buns are really tasty. However, while the bun was pleasant, it didn't quite impress me. Overall, while there were a couple of so-so items I have to give the place five stars because in addition to having several big hits this place does have my favorite sponge cupcake in Atlanta. I've seen a lot of lower reviews for this place regarding their bubble tea and service, but having only grabbed some bakery buns and paid, I've had nothing but a positive experience. If you are in the Great Wall Supermarket, try this sponge cupcake! And while you're at it, maybe a couple of the other buns. They have a great bakery!

One of the best in Atlanta. Trust me. Selections is not huge compared to other Chinese bakeries, but what they make are high quality. The individual buns are bigger with more fillings than other places. They are not Korean bakery, so don’t compare them to the expensive Korean bakeries. Their individual sponge cake is awesome. I like everything I’ve tried - taro, dried meat roll, red BBQ meat, red bean, hot dog, etc.

I love Mai buns from here. I actually live in Jacksonville Florida and got them from an asian market. I would like to get them directly if I could.

Cash only. Reasonable prices. Individually packed bread. Located inside Great Wall Supermarket. Sometimes bread included small piece of egg shell, unfortunately.

I always shop at great wall and often stop the bakery : - Lot of choice of bred - Freshness of the products ( break from the day before are separe and sell at a discounted price, taste is still good ) - Great price - Drink are overprice The only negative point is the attitude not very friendly from the owner and employee ( except the man who is nice ) I will go back for the bread only !

If you like Sweet Hut, you'll enjoy Mai Bakery. Korean pastries. What's not to love? If you come here, which is inside Great Wall, you'll need to bring cash. No swiping here. I've enjoyed the milkshake bun, red bean bun, green bean bun and a few teas. The buns are usually less than $1.50. Bring $5 and go crazy. Mai Bakery is located in the middle of the food court next to Chatime so it also makes for a great dessert afterwards. Enjoy!
