My grits bowl today would have been much, much better had the grits and egg been close to hot. They were so cold the cheese had no chance to melt. Clearly the steam table has a big problem or my bowl was ready long before they called my name. That is not acceptable. Things were way better before Cracker Barrel bought Maple Street. They won't see me again in this Duluth location or any location.

Picked up half a dozen biscuits this morning and they were so wonderful. They came with plenty of jam and were perfectly layered so that they split apart easily without compromising the fluffy texture.

Waited 40 minutes for to-go breakfast. Not only was my order not called, it was placed on the 3rd party pickup rack and I waited an extra 20 minutes because no one bothered to check if it was for a paying customer in-store. I had to ask if my order was ready. Very disappointing and poor customer service and service quality. Do not recommend.
