I placed an order said it will be ready 11:08pm got there 11:27pm store was closed . This is just straight upsetting!!! My kids and I had a whole set up ready for our family movie night just for my husband to tell me it’s closed before even 12!? Seriously.

I usually order from here and everything is always great but today I ordered the cheezy bread and found hair baked into my sticks. Not on it but literally inside the crust. Absolutely disgusting! I am completely turned off of this place now. Just a tip.. wear hair nets.

I was carrying a child in the store and staff offered to walk my order out which is rare. Ordered multiple items and all were freshly made, hot, complete and correct including different sauces and side cups. Drinks from cooler are kept very cold. This is the closest pizza place to me but luckily its also the best!

Dude was in a rush for no reason to get me out the door I don't know what his issue was. They had no orders on screen. Even gave them a tip. And they charge 1$ per side cup like gtfo my guy. Must be making good money to drive customers away 🤷

This is one of the worst locations I ever dealt with customer service is terrible I called to place an order through the phone he said you could order online is that how you do work ?
Plus I had my pizza before delivered and it was totally wrong I don't understand how these people operate

During the snowstorm he not only kept the store open but went out of his way to accommodate people. Super hard working and really cares about the customers.
Called right after pizza was delivered to say either the wrong pizza was delivered or they made the wrong pizza. The person took down the information and said another pizza would be made and he would tell the driver. We waited another 30 minutes and callef again and the gentleman (a different person from first time) on the phone argued with me that they had not made any mistakes on any orders. I mean seriously, how would you know that. I told him I could show him all 3 pizzas to compare to our order and see there was a mistake. I asked for the manager and he said they were not there. I said they needed to call me back. They did call back and this time it was the first gentleman that I spoke to who acknowledged the mistake and they sent as new pizza right away. Although I am happy about that, I had asked if I was going to receive any credit or a refund and was told to speak to the driver. I spoke to the driver and he said her couldn't do anything and he would talk to them back at the store. Talk about passing the buck around. No here I sit waiting to see if they are actually going to take responsibility and do the right thing. Three fact that three one gentleman actually argued with me is still unbelievable to me. We have been ordering from this site for many years and know it had changed hands with in the last few years and we were happy about that until now. This will sit with me for a while.
