I order Marco's pizza all the time for my kid and my for my workplace and everyone is always delighted to have Marco's. Some colleagues who didn't eat it before now order for their families. So for quick to-go pizza Marco's is a good spot.

I ordered a large all meat pizza with 2 additional toppings. I received plenty of the additional toppings but not one piece of meat. When I returned to the store, they did not offer an apology nor a refund. In fact, the manager made it pretty clear that they couldn't care less about it. This is the second time they have screwed up my order. I won't be giving them a.third chance --- EVER!!!

YESTERDAY I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A LARGE SAUSAGE PIZZA WHEN I GOT HOME IT WAS PEPPERONI. I Called back immediately and ask for the manager the young lady said the manager had just left to go to the bank she took down my information. And said she will have the manager give me a call back. SO THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED BACK OK COOL SO I CALLED JUST NOW AND THE MANAGER NAME JUSTIN ON PLEASANT HILL RD. Was extremely RUDE I MEAN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I MEAN POOR. LISTEN PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

Everything on the menu is absolutely worth a try. The food never disappoints and the quality of ingredients are also wonderful. I don't dine in since its atmosphere is a little dull on the inside and the service was just mediocre.Vegetarian options: You can build your own calzone, pizza, and their salads are pretty good too.

When I called to cancel the order the young lady that answered the phone put the phone down and proceeded to put continue her conversation with others in the store. I literally had to hang up and call back. Smh.Update: Justin was very apologetic and professional; I'll throw them the little bail for that.

I wish I could remember the ladies name. We ordered our pizzas around 4pm or so and it was one of the most pleasant experiences me and wife have had in a long time. She is one of the positive people we see on undercover boss. I found the receipt and her name is Linda. Thanks for the follow-up.
