The Classic Tavern Burger was my favorite dish. I had not been there for a while. They used to serve it on a leaf of lettuce, but now serve it on chopped lettuce. The chopped lettuce altered the taste in a negative way. I hope they return to serving it the old way.

What a wonderful experience! The food was phenomenal- you have to try the shrimp & crab nachos. Eric was fantastic! It was our first time, so he took the time to point out his favorite menu items. We will definitely be back!

Always good food. A bit pricey but worth it. I had the shrimp snd grits and it was delicious. A new brunch place opened up nearby so I had to park pretty far away and hoof it to get there. I ranked the atmosphere 4 out of 5 because it is always freezing and loud in there. Bring a jacket even in Summer if you are eating indoors.

I had the black and blue burger. The bottom bun was soggy and I didn’t taste any blue cheese.
I did enjoy the fries and my mac & cheese.
I will say that our waiter was very nice and checked on us throughout our meal.

Marlowe's is a great place to eat if there isn't an event on at the Gas South. The food is really good, the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a cool outdoor seating area, too. It can get a bit noisy - that seems to be the case with most restaurants of this type, but it's generally worth it.

Good overall experience. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Fairly loud inside and out. 45 minute wait as it is a popular pre-concert dinner spot. Servers got confused between our table's orders and the one beside us 3 times, but we weren't bothered. Would return!
