Vegetarian options: Even though it’s a BBQ place, there’s always a vegan option because it’s a Korean restaurant.
Parking: Parking is easy.

I just had the korean bbq, and seafood pancakes and oh my goodness, it is sooo delicious and so good! Food taste perfect and good seasoning. Their side dishes are so good.

I've gone twice since their Grand Opening, and it might be my new favorite KBBQ spot in Duluth. The owner and servers are all so friendly and made sure I didn't want for anything. The meat is really high quality and the servers are really good at cooking. I got the ribs, and they absolutely melted in my mouth. But the real star is the kimchi. They served me 3 different types of kimchi on my first trip and 4 the next. I honestly would come again just for the green onion kimchi! If you really like any of the sides, you can ask for refills, and they'll happily bring more - free of charge. The interior is nice and clean, and in the summer, they make sure to keep it cool. A lot of KBBQ places are filled with smoke from the meat, but their fans work really well, and I could barely tell there was any smoke from the charcoal.

my sister and i came because we wanted to try a new kbbq spot apart from the ones already in the area. we already have our go to spots, but let me just say that we were blown away!! the quality of the meat is soooo good and you can definitely tell it’s fresh with fresh sides. linda assisted us and she was amazing and very straight forward when it came to choosing meats based off of our preference and what we get from other spots. service was amazing and even other staff would check on us just to make sure everything was good. i’ll definitely be back and i’m recommending my friends to go as well!!

We had the most pleasant experience at Maru. The staff were super nice. We appreciated their advice on what to order and how to eat some foods. We had the jjolmyeon, dakgalbi, and finished off with fried rice at the end . Everything from the main entrees to the side dishes tasted housemade and fresh. We can't wait to come again!

I went here with my coworkers and it is surprisingly a hidden gem of a Korean BBQ.. highly recommend if you’re with family or on a date. Intimate lighting. Also I recommend the seafood pancake (해물 파전) quite tasty :) will be back for sure!
