Sunday at 7:05am and no employees in the FOH. It took nearly 8 minutes to get someone's attention in the back to come take my order. Even though my order was taken correctly, they still managed to get it wrong!! No manager presence at all.

Fries weren't fresh cheeseburger was missing toppings had to have it remade thrown together very sloppy and the ice coffee was horrible it was suppose to be Carmel flavor and it wasn't sweet at all and had no Carmel flavor store was very dirty and the staff was really out of touch overall bad experience

This location is extremely rude and not just one staff member but multiple. Rather, it’s the drive-through or going inside. I have kept quiet for quite some time but at this point, they have been extremely rude to my elderly grandmother in the drive-through multiple times this week, making her cry. When asked to repeat the order they get upset . When I ask them to put the order on the screen, they say it should be up when it is not. When certain items should be made as a meal they ring it up separately costing more. If you ask for extra sauce or syrup, they wanna charge saying you get one per order. And on top of that, there’s been multiple accounts where the order has not even been correct or missing an item for either myself or my grandmother, which is ridiculous. Customer service overall is a 1 if not lower !
Please never submit here. Put the trash in and submit it. Is it possible to sell food like this even if you go and eat it in person? I ordered a chicken sandwich today, but the chicken patty was hard and I couldn't eat it. I'm really disappointed. When I tried to go back, it was too far so I just gave up. Please. Please never sell food like this again.
