This McDonald’s is a ZERO out of five stars!!!! My experience was so bad. I tired to get a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and these workers forgot our nuggets so as any human would do I went back to the drive thru line with my receipt and I kindly told them hey you forgot to give my 10 nuggets you gave us our fries and our drink but forgot to give our nuggets and they were like are you sure and I’m like yes. At the window the woman gave me a nasty look which I hated and then she told me to pull up to the pick up number 1 so I did and then another different woman came and said I packed your order no way I missed your nuggets and I said do you want to check my car and she also gave me a dirty look. She went back and then a 3rd lady came and finally gave our nuggets. I hate this McDonald terrible customer service and terrible workers absolutely horrible get some better workers please. 0/5. Not even one star is good for this atrocity of a McDonald’s. I also threw the food away was so bad. McDonald’s FIX THIS ASAP

Go to bathroom at home before your visit to this McDonald's. Manager follows you around and, threatens to call the police if you are in the restaurant for more than 20 minutes. Lowers the temperature very low, feels like you are in a meat locker or funeral home . Manager was at cash served all whites before me. One white person brought to his attention what he was going , he responded, I'll get to her in a minute

I went through the drive through on 11/09 and ordered 4 mcchickens, I only received two, so I went inside to try and get my missing two sandwiches. I was waiting for about 10 minutes in complete view of all the employees and they just ignored me. One woman called another employee to attend the customers and the other employee refused. On top of that, the fries were soggy and un cooked.

Rewards haven't been working, wouldn't help me in the drive through when they messed and maybe wait inside for 15 minutes just for a buger
