Actually unbelievable abysmal service. Made me pay for my food then didn’t allowed me to get my food and made me go threw a refund process and while time they knew they could not get my food but still alllowed me to pay for it hoping they fam scam me. lol enjoy what’s coming!

Worst service ever. It's the 3rd time that I come to this place and they won't give me what I ordered. I ordered burger and nuggets and they missed the nuggets. I was in a hurry and didn't check plus I saw the staff confirming that the burger and the nuggets where in the bag when they handed it to me only to realize when I got home that they didn't give me the nuggets. They were not even busy but they give such a bad service. This is the worst staff I've ever seen working at any McDonald's. Super disappointed with their service.

i didnt know there was a 3 nugget count.... i ordered a 4 count i expect to get what i paid for.... also paid for extra ranch and got NONE. extra star because they did fill me up with mayonnaise on my mcchicken 🤤🤤

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. On the night of December 2, 2025, I ordered The Grinch™ 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets Meal, which includes a pair of Grinch socks. When I got home, the socks were missing from the box.
I went back the next day to ask for the missing item, but the staff refused to give it to me and insisted the mistake was my fault because I “should have come back last night.” This made no sense, as the meal clearly included the socks and they simply forgot to put them in the box.
I then asked for the manager. The manager was extremely unhelpful, rude, refuse to give the socks
and also blamed me for the missing item. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to tell me. Another customer said her name might be Tasha, but the manager would not confirm it.
Overall, the customer service here was very poor. I paid for a promotional meal and did not receive what I purchased, and instead of fixing the mistake, the staff and manager treated me disrespectfully. I hope this location improves its service and professionalism.

I used 3 monopoly coupons to get food and the manager came up to me and told me I could only order 1 item per day per person, while the app literally allows me to order something every 15 minutes. She said it was a waste of money for her and that ain’t on me. 0/10 service because she did not honor McDonald’s promotion.
