This would be the second or third time I give this location a chance. I honestly think their machines are dirty or something is going on with their sanitation. I gotten sick 🤢 right away after consuming their frappes or at times steak burgers. I noticed a few of the workers are not clean or show enthusiasm about working. Lack of service.

The prejudiced staff at this store is legendary especially considering its owned by a Nigerian. This store is already annoying because the corporation has a great app that needs wifi and this store does not provide wifi. Its an annoyance at best but it can make order pickup chaotic.

My issue though is the hispanic employees who have decided en masse that black peoples money apparently is worth less than white or yellow customers. What this so annoying is as a international corporation McDonalds has very democratic policies etc. So there is no reason for a customer to feel disenfranchised except an employee has decided to do so. This employee tonight decide my food that was ordered for table-side service should not be delivered. And yes she could see my table from prep area. I’ve also included pictures of the two guest that entered right after me who also had table service and both received their food. Specifically when they do this they dont give you your receipt, if they ever accidentally bring food to table they do not greet, definitely don’t come back or ask about condiments. I may start adding videos/pictures to this review everytime it happens.

First and foremost I want to clarify that I don’t expect 5 star service from any McDonald’s ever. However the way myself and my boyfriend were treated at this location was uncalled for. Around 3:30am January 31st, the gentlemen working the drive thru was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t understand how to scan a coupon code and turned away when we were speaking to him. At no point did we raise our voices or at irrationally. We were then refused service because the employee didn’t understand what we were telling him about the coupon. I understand that nobody wants to work at McDonald’s, and if that’s the case, just don’t work at McDonald’s. But we shouldn’t be treated lesser than for asking a simple question. Also, the restaurant is extremely dirty on the inside.
