this is starting to get absolutely ridiculous at this point. i eat at this mcdonalds almost every single weekend coming home from work for the convenience. and they ALWAYS give me microscopic portions when it comes to pickles, mustard, and diced onions on my burgers and in this case, nothing of each. there have been NUMEROUS of times where i order extra of all of those things to try to even get the normal amount that should come on the burger and still get less than the bare minimum (i stopped paying for extra pickles and onions and adding extra mustard because of this). i could understand if this was a one off or maybe a few time occurrence, but this has genuinely been going on for a good year now, and i am posting about it now because im just fed up with it. i’m hoping this review can reach management for something to be done about this because this is practically false advertisement and honestly robbing your customers of what they pay for. i would really hate to contact higher ups to get this issue resolved, but if i have to take a photo of every time this happens and show them receipts, i guess i will do so. all i want is to receive what i pay for and have an already cooked meal after a very long work day/weekend. (yes i know eating fast food as frequently as this isn’t very healthy, but cooking after each shift is just not a practical thing i am able to do very often)

The Problem I had they didn't have Mcribs witch they're Advertiseing. The area which is located Space is what I expected. I support them because the service was Amazing and good for the traffic.

Excellent location. Because it's such a good location, on a main road and so well run, it gets busy. Especially being right next to three hotels, so it's the only McDonald's in the area for the community as well as those three hotels. And it's a 24-hour location and they're always preparing orders for online and mobile orders as well so be prepared to maybe wait an extra 5 or 6 minutes for your meal but it's worth it and the staff is great. The play area must be great because I always see kids having birthday parties in there or other meetups with their little friends.

I really don't expect much from fast food... the bar is about as low as it can get already. However, what I do expect is basic hygiene. As a worker was bringing my food to my car today, she was actively eating slices of pickles while carrying my food. She walked up to my window, chewing with her mouth open, holding half eaten pickles, and looked at my food... looked at me... looked at the pickles in her other hand and said "it's ok"... No, actually, that isn't ok. That is like Food Safety 101, do not eat food while handling someone else's food. The lack of care from management when I went inside to return the food for a refund was equally abysmal. Barely an apology, no sense of concern.
If you are desperate, drive 300ft to the chicken place across the road... but whatever you do, avoid this place like the plague.

I usually drive by after going to lifetime fitness. But today a friendly gentle named juoquin assisted us. He is truly a vibe and exactly what a night shift crew should have. Good vibes . I asked what his was to leave a review and he kindly said thank you . Pleasure juoquin .

My family went through the drive thru at McDonald's store number 18870 at 2101 duluth hwy, service was horrible, to start the guy who took our order was rude he would ask anything else?, when we replied, we got silence ?, minutes later ok go ahead, is that it? while typing the whole order wrong!! so I pay and get to the pick up window, I ask for a manager because they forgot my caramel frappe, maria the manager tells me in a rude tone, you didn't order 1, I can ring 1 up, I said yes I did the guy was supposed to ring it when I ordered, she goes back and forth with me, so I said no worries, I get home and I have cheese on my fish sandwich, and I made it clear no cheese allergy with cheese, I normally don't eat McDonald's but, it's what my kids wanted. Never again , horrible store, go somewhere else ? 0 stars
