Imagine going here at midnight and order 10pc McNuggets and getting this. I am pretty sure this violates whatever Franchise rules there are for uniformity and portion quality. They are thin and almost all smaller than the sauce packet. One of them the size of a quarter.

Placed an order in the drive thru... simple a Coke and one cheeseburger. I was given the Coke and then told to pull forward, they would bring the cheeseburger out. I waited 10 mins and no cheeseburger and the drive thru was empty of cars. I go inside and wait another 5 mins for an employee to come to the front. I tell them the issue and wait again. They had no idea I was told to pull forward and looked confused. I guess the young man in the drive-through window was supposed to give me my food. So they finally bring me a cheeseburger, mumble an I'm sorry and that's it. I get back into my car, the cheeseburger is cold. I pulled back through the drive-through told them I would like a new cheeseburger. Wait another 3 to 5 minutes to receive a lukewarm cheeseburger with no apology.

Food was delicious. It was crowded but staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Extremely clean in the restaurant area as well as the restroom.
My family wanted 27 minutes and still received no food. An employee family arrived about 10 minutes after we had all order and they received their food before us. I asked for a refund at that point. It took 10 minutes to get it.
