McDonald's has gone down consistently over the last 15 years. You never know what your going to get. Bad service, but most of the time it's bad food.

They have sewer issues over a week. Smell very bad inside.
Also whenever there is problem with the phone apps, they will just say it is my phone problem. Never try to revolve the order issue in person

Quit calling yourself 24 hours if you can't work 24 hours. They're always closed in the wee hours of the morning when they don't feel like working....

Stop by to eat right now.. 12:55pm on 7.23.25, had to leave.. smell like actualđŸ’©.. Not sure if the sewage was backup or what. Terrible smell. Shocked to see people eating there..

They close at 11 pm and it’s 10:26 pm and they don’t want to attend, so that you have at the door that you offer service until 11 pm to eat there?

Food was just ok. My fries had NO SALT. I took them back and they were exchanged. I also don't like that I have to go ask for a refill. No soda machines out front for customers. Bleh

I want to say that I just witnessed a worker I believe by the name of Jessica help out some McDonald customers translate. And I need to really aplaude her customer service she goes above and beyond. She didn’t need to do that but went out of her way to make sure the the customer was happy. Because “customer is always right” after all. She was also the one to attend me at the window in drive thru and she made sure my drink was made right. On the other hand, her coworker has an ugly attitude and appeared to report her for helping with the translating. She was also the one who told me I couldnt get whipped cream on my ice coffee because I “didn’t pay for it” after I had asked for some in the speaker thru drive thru and they didn’t get my order right. JESSICA was the one who made sure I got my whipped cream and apologized for the mix up. Her co-worker is TOXIC and needs to learn to be more like JESSICA!
