ask the worker over the phone for help with an uber order hanged up the phone unattended was rude.

Kids wanted frozen yogurt so vistas this location, as we were ready to check out attendant was nowhere to be found, rang the bell, showed up 5 mins later. The toppings were notfresh, gummies rock hard, Oreos stale. Inside looks and feels dirty. Won’t be visiting again!

I know this chain, as I used to go there with my family, and we really enjoyed the taste and the concept of self service. However it was my first time in this branch, and the experience was disastrous. I brought here my all family, including my kids, parents and in-laws only to find out that the Greek yogurt machine was out of order and the pineapple topping was spoiled and had a bitter taste.
Since we found out about the pineapple only after we tasted it, and obviously after we paid for it, we let the cashier know about it. She apologized. I had to take the pineapple out of my cup and throw it. Then I asked her to let me add another topping instead, but she told me she couldn’t let me do it after I paid for the yogurt.
I regret everything single penny my family and I paid both for the yogurt and for the tip.

If I can give this place ten stars I would. The owner Joseph is extremely sweet! I usually love getting the cake batter but they didn’t have it. He said they were in the process of making it. I had already checked out and finished my froyo and kindly enough Joseph brought out some cake batter froyo for me once it was done. The froyo is always yummy. Thank you again Joseph !

This location occasionally has good flavors and toppings, however, they advertise for a new flavor that they don't have. Also their marshmallow liquid toppings rarely works.

Half the frozen yogurt flavors didn't work or out of service. Not sure why the ratings for this place is above 4 stars. The place was a bit dirty inside as well. Will not come back here

Very clean, very friendly staff. It’s been ages since I’ve been to this type of foyo and price is very good, staff was wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be back
