Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

It' my first visit in menchie.
I ask to the cashier how I have an order and how I take my order.
I made an mixed yogert icecream and paid for that one.
When I looked around the shop, I saw some toppings there.
I want to have some bites of cheesecakes topping.
I asked the cashier how can I add that topping and she answered just add toppings on top of icecream.
I was confused how I pay for the topping if I add that topping on top of my icecream that I have already paid.
So, I asked to the cashier how I can pay for that topping?
She answered that just add topping on top of icecream.
So. I put my topping on top of my icecream.
After that, She said I have to pay all of topping with the icecream that I have already paid.
OMG

I saw a comment from a week ago complaining about the cleanliness and looks like the owner didn’t take it serious because it still looks dirty and unfortunately the building had a really bad gross smell. Don’t get me wrong, the frozen yogurt tastes amazing but the fact that everything was literally dirty, I wouldn’t be coming back. There was a broken chair in the corner, the windows looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months, the floors were stained and so were the chairs. Then they have a bunch of chairs on one side of the wall. My son wanted marshmallows but there hardly wasn’t any and the little bit that there was, it was all stuck and melted together and it had other toppings mixed in there. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be coming back. I prefer somewhere where it’s clean.

Omg! I’ve never had any experience at this place! The place was definitely disgusting, smelly and selling old stuff!! The owner was who lied about the tester cups! He gave only two tester cups for four people! He is the cheapest person ever! Stay away from there!!

Great selection of flavor choices. Few flavors are rotated out occasionally for new flavors. There are many different toppings too. My kids love the froyo here.

I love this place - but beware they are always running out of toppings - always out of hot fudge & hot Carmel - crucial toppings needed !

Owner and staff are always so great here. Owner gave my baby girls a free tub of gummies for no reason; just to be kind. My girls are always super excited to come here.

Simply amazing!

I came in with my friend the other day, and we both ended up getting sick. The yogurt tasted like there was soapy water in it.

I got extremely sick from their yogurt highly do not recommend

Nice clean place prices are decent and there’s not a huge line of people. And the young lady there was very nice.

I had like 5 years without trying frozen yogurt, and this place still offers the best frozen yogurt . Thank God I found this place .

Came to location 30 mins before closing and they already put the cold toppings up which I only come for. Was very disappointed
