We love frozen yogurt munchies is one of our favorites they closed for a bit and we were so sad since it's extremely hard to find frozen yogurt in ATL so to see them open we were excited

Half the frozen yogurt flavors didn't work or out of service. Not sure why the ratings for this place is above 4 stars. The place was a bit dirty inside as well. Will not come back here

This place has gone the drain. The place is dirty and the toppings were limited. VERY LIMITED…..you may get 7 selections. Never again.

Went today and 3 young ladies were sitting behind the counter eating yogurt and chatting...no big deal. Black berry burst came out all liquid and was told it would be OK in about 20 minutes. Moved on to another flavor. Toppings were out of 5 or 6 items...again picked different toppings. Went caramel sauce and was empty. Girl replied, yea it's empty. Went to pay and asked for receipt and told it's not working. This was at 2 p.m. and they open at noon. Not impressed with service or any apology for all the mishaps. A little kind explanation goes a long way. Probably not be back.

Took forever to get assistance, missing a lot of toppings or toppings looked old. When we finally got service the person looked like they got out of bed and showed up, wearing big jogging pants and a sleeping shirt. Not sure if it’s a family ran or if this is the standard.

The store looked very dirty. The yogurt machines had tons of melted yogurt that accumulated at the bottom. The topping were messy with crumbs and smudges on the containers. The chocolate sauce was empty and tables needed cleaning.

My sister and I were really stoked to learn that this Menchies had reopened (since it is our favorite frozen yogurt chain and conveniently located to home). After they closed down during Covid, we frequented the Windward Parkway location in the interim and we loved it! The only limitation was how out of the way it was.I’m not sure if we stopped by on an off day (Saturday around 4:30) for them but their materials seem to have been severely understocked or there was some employee negligence. No waffle bowls, no sample cups, and a lot of the toppings and yogurt flavors were either completely out or on the cusp of being out. The toppings looked and tasted old as well.I don’t have high expectations for customer service because of the self-serve business model, but there were 3 employees talking amongst each other the entire time and it was apparent that there were several areas that needed cleaning.Overall, this was a pretty disappointing experience. Hopefully, we just caught them at the wrong time and this isn’t indicative of how it always is.

As someone with over 30 years of experience in the franchising industry, it is always exhilarating to visit a franchise unit. Although I had come across the Mechie's Yogurt brand at a franchise expo, it was my first time setting foot in one of their actual store locations. We arrived at the store on a Saturday noon, only to find two young employees and no other customers present. I discovered that they offered a straightforward and efficient system where customers select their preferred flavor, fill the cup to their desired weight, and then proceed to payment. The simplicity of the process was commendable and effective.I opted for a delightful combination of pineapple and mango swirled sherbet, and the taste was pleasing. However, it was evident that the store was being impacted by the closure of the neighboring Sprout grocery store. This situation left me with concerns about the longevity of this particular Mechie's Yogurt location, unless a significant marketing initiative is implemented to attract more customers and generate awareness. In conclusion, while my experience with the taste and system of Mechie's Yogurt was positive, the store's future seemed uncertain due to external factors. A strong marketing push would be crucial in ensuring its success and longevity in the competitive market.

So excited that they’ve reopened!! Friendly staff and great treats, my only complaint is that some of the toppings were low.
