I am a manger and front ladies are very unwelcoming , I go to moas every Sunday and Monday .. I dislike i have to come to this location because they are nasty , The I always get a bowl and she put to much hot sauce on the bowl and i ask her please do like sauce and she does what she wants anyways. So i ask her the last time to remake it and she did the same thing , I will not return to this location again...

Why does Moe's keep changing things? The old salsa was fine. The new ones are trash. I guess i will have to try your competition as you dont regard consistency at all.

This location portions food out like they will run out of supplies in the next two seconds. Employee pinched portions and gave half a handful of lettuce. I guess closing at 8pm isn’t working out for them.

This is an ordinary Moes. The usual friendly Welcome to Moes greeting with speediness and a smile. They feature the same uniform menu, though they are advertising "new lower prices." The staff used a taco shell for a kids burrito instead of a small burrito shell. They have the upgraded fountain machine. Bathrooms are fairly clean.

Placed a catering order from here. I called to make sure the order was ok & they told me they didn’t have an order from me. After going back & forth they realized it had already been delivered, 30 minutes early & shorted us on some of the food. When I asked for them to deliver the food, all they way would do is offer a refund on the food I didn’t get! Even though I told them I just wanted the food. They told me I could come pick it up but nobody would bring it. This was for a meeting so there wasn’t enough food & it was cold by the time we ate because of the very early delivery. I didn’t take the refund because I just wanted our food & finally just hung up out of extreme frustration. Terrible customer service & terrible food service. I will never order catering again from this place!

Food was good but the service could use some improvement. The server mistakenly gave my food to someone else then got made when I asked for her to remake my order. She wanted me to eat someone else's food and I don't eat beef. Strange exchange and a bunch of talking under breath. She then slams my food on the counter and walks off. I've been several times since it's close to my office not sure if I will return.

They have gotten far too expensive, and lowered their potions a lot. It was $17 for a goundbeef bowl and the bowl wasn't even full, you could still see the bottom of the bowl. Skip this restaurant, or at least this location they are following chipotle in halving their servings and doubling their prices.

Maybe these places are independently franchised?
I haven’t been to this location in nearly 7 years so I’m taking this with a fresh perspective: the food was over salted, the meat allocation was disproportionately low compared to the other ingredients on my dish, the male bathroom was covered in urine, the AC was leaking on our table (we obviously moved once we realized) and the coke machine was broken.
Note to management: please take this failure as not criticism but a learning lesson.
Good luck to Moe’s. I remember going to your Smyrna location back in 2003 after football practice. Such a fond memory.
