My experience at this Moe’s location was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. There is a Spanish lady with glasses working the line who consistently has a very unpleasant facial attitude whenever I place my order. Today was no different.

I am currently on a weight loss journey, so I politely asked for less rice and more lettuce in my bowl. This is a very simple and reasonable request. Instead of just making the bowl correctly, she gave me a dirty look and repeatedly asked if I wanted a salad even after I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted a bowl. This happens every time I order the Homewrecker or a bowl, and it feels unnecessary and disrespectful.

On top of that, I was not greeted at all when I walked in. She was working the drive-through area, but still made eye contact and said absolutely nothing. No “welcome,” no “hi,” nothing. That alone says a lot about the level of customer service at this location.

The attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall poor experience have completely turned me off from this store. Making food is also about how customers are treated, not just what’s on the plate. Because of this repeated behavior, I’ve decided I will not be returning to this Moe’s again.

I will be taking my business to Chipotle Mexican Grill going forward.

Very friendly staff. The chicken burrito that I ordered was fresh and tasted delicious. I'll definitely come back.

The men's restroom toilet was clean, but it was leaking water.

Worst Moe’s restaurant ever!!! Do not come here unless you want to be treated with poor service and skimped out on food. Ny bowl is half empty, they didn’t even fill it up, and the lady refused to give me salsa! If I could put 0 out of 5 stars I would. It also looks very run down and dirty inside, I felt so uncomfortable. I will be calling corporate to complain, this is unacceptable and I have never had a worst experience at a Moe’s.

A great value. I completed my order the the application very easy with decent discounts and rewards. When I arriveed employee were friendly and courteous. My food was prepared as requested and portions were large compared to other to go options in the area. It was delicious and fresh.

I was disappointed to learn that they have Moe's in Georgia... I know that Georgia is in the south but it's definitely not west. False advertising if I ever saw it. If you have Southwest Grill painted on the side of your building I expect you to be located in the Southwest area. Big sad.

I am a manger and front ladies are very unwelcoming , I go to moas every Sunday and Monday .. I dislike i have to come to this location because they are nasty , The I always get a bowl and she put to much hot sauce on the bowl and i ask her please do like sauce and she does what she wants anyways. So i ask her the last time to remake it and she did the same thing , I will not return to this location again...

Why does Moe's keep changing things? The old salsa was fine. The new ones are trash. I guess i will have to try your competition as you dont regard consistency at all.

Go to another location.

This location portions food out like they will run out of supplies in the next two seconds. Employee pinched portions and gave half a handful of lettuce. I guess closing at 8pm isn’t working out for them.
