If I could, I'd give 0 stars. This place is horrendous. They don't know how to follow written instructions on their orders. I was unable to eat my food due to that. They refuse to mend the issue as well, horrible customer service.

From the start, i had a feeling the food didnt right but i went ahead and got a bowl, i ordered chicken and steak. From the first few bites, the meat was cold. Not even close to being warm. Had a to get refund.
The staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing.

Ill keep it short and sweet, went in for a quick lunch and it tasted so so bad. Idk if was mainly because i got the tofu but it tasted so bland and uncooked. I personally am used to tofu at Willies and Chipotle, its not this bad. But even if I got it with meat dont think it would have helped. If you do eat here sauce up the meal because its no seasoning. They were nice in there but it was empty. Maybe one day ill try again but just know for my fellow vegetarians dont do it

Wow. This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever walked into; definitely the worst Moes. Not only was my order wrong, but the place was falling apart. Machines and dispensers broken, one person working (barely), and trash everywhere. This was horrific. Honestly they should’ve been paying ME to consume that food.

HORRIBLE experience. I ordered online it said my order would be ready at 11:15. When I got to the store they were closed. Online said they opened at 10:45 am. I got to the store at 11:10 the door said they open at 10:30. I knocked as I could see the employees inside. They ignored me, I tried to explain (through the door) I ordered online. When the lady came to the door she was rude and didn’t care as I explained I paid online. It’s been days of the order pending on my account and instead of refunding me they took my money anyway. I’ve called about my refund numerous times and they won’t answer. Horrible place of business and terrible management. Wouldn’t recommend this location to my dog!! I’ve also contacted corporate numerous times. I disputed with my bank but that doesn’t take away from the unprofessional business they’re conducting.

This location has gone downhill very quickly. I've been twice in the past week and both times I have been the only person in the store and both times it took me more than 15+ minutes before I left (had a normal order for 2). Both the service and the food are not as good as they were a mere few weeks ago, none of the servers were the ones I recognized from coming here often over the past couple years. These new servers seemed unknowledgeable about the food and had zero sense of urgency. I don't know if this location is under new management or what is happening but it's a stark difference from what it used to be only a month ago. I hope this is either a temporary staff change or that things improve quickly or I will not be visiting this location again no matter how convenient it is, I would rather go to a different location or a chipotle if things don't drastically improve.

So this location is a nightmare. Everyone who is a regular visitor of Moes knows that Kids eat free on sundays . This location , the franchise owner does not know anything like this. Seriously, you could take a franchise and not know the most common offer . They are not courteous enough to even look into things they di not know. Stay away from this location.
