Really enjoy their vegan options

Went on Moe's Monday. They honored it for my coworker but for some reason they decided that I needed to pay full price. That fine I told him. I paid the 15 dollars plus tip for a bowl with no drink and no chips. I then informed him I would never be back.....I intend to keep that promise.

I didn't like the service at all. It's the first and last time I go there, bad service and they are very stingy.

Portion size was good. Quality/ taste didn’t compare well to other Moes locations.

They sold me a $15 digital gift card that went into my Apple Wallet, but then when I went in to use it, they said it was invalid and that I needed to contact Moe’s corporate. Pretty rude and unprofessional. Why sell me a gift card if I can’t use it? Also, I went in at dinner time and it was practically empty. I doubt this location will survive much longer.

I used to like this location but the last few visits have been quite dissappointing. The quality of the food and presentation has significantly dropped off. For instance, today the chicken looked half cooked, there was a bug in the children's cup, and the soda machine was not working properly. When I complained, the guy working there told me "to take it up with Coke products." Clearly, he doesn't understand the meaning of customer service and resolution. This location has definitely lost my family as customers.

Not sure what happened to moes. The food tasted terrible. It tasted old. Go to chipotle instead. Cheaper and fresh.

Absolutely NOT!!! I was given scraps in a bag and they tried to pass it off by saying we give everyone who orders to go a half scoop of chips. But first you make someone feel as if they are paying you to be able to beg! There is absolutely NO reason if I ask for a bowl and want rice that you give me a 1/3 of a spoon of rice and I have to ask for more. This happened with every item I asked for on my bowl. I felt as if you were fixing a plate for a 2yr old. I even told them if it's an extra charge for a full scoop I will pay for it. They Laughed. Then when I asked for queso cheese he gives me a half spoon but charges me for 3 extras no problem but to then give me scraps and crumbs in a bag and try to convince me that this is the norm!!?? Ok never again. This establishment needs to be closed and out of business immediately. There is no way I will ever visit another Moe's. Trash!

I’ve previously worked at this place I had a frustrating experience with the owner Ray not paying my wages at all I tried to raise my concerns given him extensions but it’s been months, but there was little communication, the final answer I got from him was no I’m not paying you because I’m not satisfied with your work. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable that this man is bringing his 3rd world mentality to America and ruining franchises and screwing over employees

I recently visited this place. It has very good atmosphere and clean environment. The staff is very friendly and the boy at the register is very efficient and is very well spoken. Their burritos are excellent

Update: We've been going here for as long as I can remember. My previous review was bad from a while ago, but I have to say we've been pretty happy over the years with consistent service, and I should have come back to give them a better rating. However I've the last few visits we have been unhappy over and over again. The new owners and the way the business is run and the food prepared is of much worse quality than ever before. Burritos and quesadillas fall apart and are burnt. Essentially the prep is just not sufficient to standard Moe's quality that we can expect from the prior owners or any other typical Moe's we ever go to. I think from now on we will go to a different Moe's even if further away.

"How did they even get that job, if they can't cook a quesadilla?", Said my six year old. This new crew has brought down this restaurant for sure, and they are ok giving out extremely burnt food, appearently. We used to come here all the time, to a great set of employees. We have been here recently without anything notable, but today was different. When I walked in two of the three staff were helping one customer at the start of the line. It took a while and one of them then asked me for my order, but it was odd because I wasn't at the start of the line yet. I ordered the quesadilla and the prep was fine and it was put on the grill. I ordered a kids quesadilla, and she took a long time looking around and then got a regular size one. Then the guy in charge told her no that wasn't the right one. So then all three of them go to look for the right size, and I guess they couldn't find any, so she continued with what she had, and then she put that one on the grill. I was starting to wonder about the time on the grill but didn't think too much of it. Then I ordered my burrito, and there was a good bit of confusion, clearly a language barrier, at least. Also they still didn't have pork, second time in a row. About the time they were to grab the other food off the grill the guy asked if I wanted a side. I told him I wanted a cup of queso, and he tells me to tell the other lady that was making the burrito. This was odd, so I try to wait a second, but then he comes back to ask again. I tell him, and he holds up a small side cup, so I have to clarify two or three times. I couldn't tell the quality of the food, it was mostly behind the chips machine. I then had to ask about the kids drink, and I didn't even get to the cookie, and then he says, I'll throw in a free cookie, um ok sure. I pay, even leaving a small tip, which I shouldn't have done. It was a poor counter experience for sure, and I just wanted out of there. I then got in the car and that's when I could tell something was burnt. It was really bad. When I got home my wife found the results. Super burnt, both quesadillas, had to salvage what we could. There is no way they couldn't tell this when they were prepping and bagging. The fact that people can mess up, that's fine. But the fact that this made it out the door and they were ok with that, and that I'm assuming he was trying to bribe me in some way with a free cookie, yeah this is not ok. We have come to this place a lot since we've lived here, many years, but this will last, and idk if I want to go back. This is simply unacceptable.
