Moo Bong Ri Korean Restaurant | 무봉리 순대국 Atlanta Duluth, GA

I visited this restaurant recently and tried the Soondae Gopchang Hot Pot (순대 곱창 전골) and the Pork Soup (돼지 국밥). I had the Pork Soup two months ago, and I enjoyed it enough to come back and try it again. However, I was disappointed to find that the quality of the food had noticeably declined compared to my previous visit. The flavors weren’t as rich, and the overall taste didn’t meet the expectations set by my first experience.

What made the visit even worse was the poor service. When they brought out the Soondae Gopchang Hot Pot, they placed a dirty receipt directly on top of the food. We had to point out the receipt ourselves before they reluctantly removed it, and not once did they apologize. They didn’t offer to replace the dish or take any action to make up for the situation, which showed a complete lack of professionalism and care for the customer experience.

This level of service, combined with the decline in food quality, made the visit incredibly disappointing. It’s unfortunate because I had higher hopes based on my previous visit, but this time left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I’m hesitant to return and wouldn’t recommend it to others based on this experience.

Lunch, being cheap on customers in not populated time, saving half of seats, cold air flow, cooled down all the good foods.

But, foods taste great.

The food is delicious, but other than that, it all gets cold within a few minutes. Even if the air flow is different for each seat, it's a problem. If you don't care about lunch time, it would be better to make a reasonable lunch menu separately and provide strict service only during peak hours...

Bad experience .

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible from the beginning—staff were rude and inattentive. I decided not to leave a tip due to the poor service, but to my surprise, it was added to the bill without my consent. This is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, I felt there was unequal treatment towards me, which made me think they discriminate against certain customers. I do not recommend this place.

Food was okay, but the service was terrible + we got overcharged $ on the tips which was not okay due to the poor service they provided.

We ate at the Duluth and Mubongri branches for the first time. I had tried it a few times in other areas, and came to visit the Duluth branch with good memories. The first impression was good as the staff welcomed me warmly. However, the food did not come out even 30 minutes after ordering, and the three tables that arrived later than us were even served before us. The staff member then said they would check the situation, and after an additional 10 minutes, we realized that our meal had been ordered incorrectly. At that time, I was already in a bad mood, and the taste I had expected was disappointing. Above all, despite the situation, I could not help but be disappointed at the lack of proper customer service. This shouldn't happen again next time, but I hope you take appropriate action when something like this happens so that customers aren't disappointed anymore.
