Delicious rice cakes that are popular with the locals. Come early as some varieties sell out fast especially on the weekends. Owners/workers are always nice.

Not too many places where the plain cakes are delicious. This is one.

Rolled the dice based on reviews found on Google. The area felt a bit sketchy at night but next to a police station. The staff was excellent, served quickly, food was great and the price was good.

The gift set is very different from the picture.
Maybe my expectations were too high.. The composition is so plain that you would rather buy a fruit box or an individually wrapped rice cake as a gift.

I love dduk shops. Especially when they provide a whole bunch of different variety. Even in Ktown LA, you don’t see all the dduk jibs offering that many different types of dduk. I feel like there’s a lot of potential here to build out their “cafe” side a bit more. Change the deco and colors to make it feel warmer and more inviting.

I went to the PIB location after work and the rice cake was very good but the customer service was lacking greatly. As I was walking in, I was stared at from the time I left my car til I got inside. I got a greeting "welcome" and that's about it. This is a pretty small space with limited options. Basically, two tables with race cake stuffs and coffee and tea options behind the counter. Pricing is very reasonable for how fresh the rice cake is and quality. I would probably revisit at a later date

The rice cakes are fresh and yummy and almost all of them are vegan! All are egg free and only one has dairyThey also have iced/hot tea and coffee besides the rice cakes. It's a nice place to study or do some work:)My only recommendation is that I'd prefer the rice cakes come in paper boxes rather than the styrofoam/plastic. I think it affects the flavor and makes a lot of plastic waste.The people there are very nice.Thank you for my rice cakes! ^_^

Delicious latte and milk tea. Tried our first rice cake and my daughter loved it! Wish I remembered the name of it.Ladies were so kind and we’re all smiles as my daughter said hi and thank you in Korean. ☺️
