It feels more Americanized now — for example, they no longer serve the fried dough stick and instead serve the crispy chips you often see with soup at American Chinese restaurants. The chashu was cut pretty sloppily, with pieces ranging from too thick to too thin.
Steamed items were just okay — nothing that really stood out.
