The experience was incredible. Not only was the game itself engaging and exhilarating, but the employees there were very nice and talkative! And a big pet peeve of mine is the cleanliness in an establishment, and this place was incredibly clean. Also as you'll see, its fun to take you parents here XD. 10/10 recommended!

Had a great experience today at Nexus VR. We had 4 bays and the kids had a great time! Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and a nice waiting room for parents or those not playing. Would recommend Nexus VR!

This place was really cool. We were the only customers so I don't know if our customer service experience was unusual, but they were on top of it and always available when needed. We went for a date night and it didn't disappoint. We did the escape room, but finished in like 25 minutes so they let us stay for another half an hour and just play games, which is good, as I wouldnt want to pay $80 for a 25 minute escape room. Hopefully they'll get more people in so they stay in business, but at the same time it was really awesome having the place to ourselves. The only downsides: it's not cheap: $84 for the two of us for an hour on Saturday night. Plus, their mobile site needs tech help (I was using an Apple phone, ios12); I ended up just calling in make a reservation. But, it was really fun, nice facility, awesome customer service, and we'll return and bring friends.

This is a blast! A truly interactive Virtual Reality experience in high resolution. You get to move in this experience, not strapped to a seat. 2 controllers give you a wealth of game interactions without being overly complicated. You can sit if you prefer. There are many games to choose and you can change games at anytime. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. With 12 pods they can accommodate a crowd. Good for all ages. Definitely going back! You can't see the front from the road, it is in a shopping area. GPS takes you right there.
