The food is not consistent—every time you order, it’s different. When we ask for water, we have to ask 5–6 times before we actually get it. They also give us the wrong food. As for the sun ga, most of it is chicken skin and bones. The restaurant is also understaffed, so when you need something, there’s often no one available to help.

Came in before two tables and they all serve food and take order first. I then complain about it and still didn’t get our food before those two table and continue wait for almost an hour for our foods. I don’t know what wrong with all these workers attitude because it seem like they really didn’t care.

I wanted to try some Vietnamese street food and heard about this place for a long time. We came in a big group and we understand if Service was a little slow and we were OK with it. The servers were busy and did try to accommodate but it took a very long time to get our drinks and add ons were missing from our drinks. The food was ok but I wasn’t ok with some of the dishes. The steamed clams barely had any clams but all shells. The crab meat noodles as far as taste wise, it was ok but I was not ok that it was imitation crab meat and barely see anything either. I was under the impression that it would be crab meat for that price and that small portion. We pretty much cleaned our table ourselves the whole time the servers really did not have time or never came by to clean our table. The floor was super dirty with oil, it was so slippery under our table, before we sat down. We ordered 2 hot pots, 1 chicken and 1 seafood. The seafood broth was really sweet and we couldn’t drink the soup, we had to add the left over broth from the steamed clams so make it less sweet and to add some sour flavors to it from the lime leaves.
The razor snails with tamarind were very hard and chewy and fishy. The sauce for it was good but the snails were not good. The crispy chicken wings were good, the tofu was also good.
Overall experience was ok. I just didn’t like the sticky and oily floor and tables. Though we came in a big group, the servers tried to accommodate by only getting our orders but never cleaned anything off of our table.

I have been here several times but tonight was the worst service. It wasn’t even busy, but it took almost an hour for 3 appetizers dishes to come out and there were no utensils. When the food came there were no chopsticks or forks. We asked the servers 4 times for utensils and were ignored. We had to go up to the counter to get the utensils. We asked for drinks and never got them. Asked for beers and had to remind them 3 times.
UPDATE:
Dear owner,
No one has the time nor energy to make up some imaginary experiences at your restaurants to trash your reviews. If you roll back the camera to about 7:30-8, you’ll see my uncle wearing a hat had to go grab us chopsticks and forks after asking multiple times for them.
I know your staff are mostly young and inexperienced but it was just frustrating when they seem so lazy and inattentive to patrons. We came to support your business, not to trash your reputation. Pls just retrain your staff to give customers better dining experiences. 55 mins wait on 3 appetizer dishes and no utensils were unacceptable. We had to cancel the rest of the dishes because of this.
* I will remove my review tomorrow to not affect your rating, just do better in the future. Good luck with your business.
