Food was fine, but took FOREVER. We were going to a concert at Gas South @ 8. Made our reservation at 6:15 and we were a bit early for it. Took more than 45 minutes after we ordered to get our meals. After we'd eaten and waited for quite a while I had to flag down the host to ask him to run down our check for us. After that it was still another 20 minutes before we finally were able to leave.

I don't know if they run a low staff count intentionally or if maybe someone called out, but the dining experience is not something I would look to repeat

Went for my wife bday dinner with a couple friends. Our entrees took almost two hours to come. We ordered some steak and fish. We ended up taking our food to go because we had a concert to catch. Not good service at all. Food was okay. We’re not going back.

First time dining here after being recommended from some friends! Guys I can’t express enough of how delicious the food is! Octopus to start with! It has this charcoal taste! Delicious!! Salmon meal! Amazing!! And chocolate desert! Just fabulous!!! And the wine! I’m huge on Italian wine! Not too sweet not too bitter and that Italian blend!!! Just everything amazing!!! Will definitely be coming back more often! The server Alex was the sweetest and had pretty good knowledge of the menu! Simply a must!

The salmon tartar was amazing. Equally impressive was the selection of oysters. Service was fantastic as well. Good atmosphere and good drinks. I can't wait to return.

I’ve always thought seafood in the U.S. was rather predictable and lacking compared to Europe or Asia, but the dishes here completely broke that stereotype. Instead of relying on the ingredients alone, the flavors really shine through technique. The octopus tentacle and sea bass were especially impressive—the seasoning was perfectly balanced, not overly salty, and the oak aroma was beautifully infused, making each bite irresistible. The chef’s skill is outstanding, and I find the prices very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time I’m eager to try their steaks as well.
The foods were perfect. I am giving 4 for server, she added a ribeye steak on my bill that I didn’t order.

Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday here and we had a great experience. Food was amazing I ordered the salmon, service was excellent, drinks were on point. We will be back.
