It's a small cozy place. I had the salmon with kimchi rice for 32. Small portion for the price. Food was good but for the price I expected better.

My partner and I frequent Noona. But when we came the menu change was not it. They took away a lot of great options and what made them Noona. You don't even have the selection of oysters anymore... it was just very disappointing.

Lovely meal! Isa was a great server and made my husband's birthday feel special. Spare ribs are amazing!

Our server was very pleasant and efficient. My wife's salmon dinner was good, but my chicken dish failed completely. Whoever grilled the chicken and asparagus has no pride in what they serve.because the asparagus was burnt black and the chicken was dry . If you prepare chicken to the point of a severally dry thigh and leg you might consider getting another job or the chef needs to help with your skill set. I guess because it was the day after the holiday everyone was tired. This guy never came over and apologized for his product., at least our server did. Will not be coming back nor recommend to my friends or enemies.

The atmosphere was nice, it wasn't packed or too loud and the aesthetic is cute. Our server was very sweet, pleasant and informative but the positives kind of end there. We placed our drink order and appetizer order at the same time and we received and ate our entire appetizer (the beef carpaccio which was hands down the highlight of the meal, if you go, order it) before our drinks ever arrived, mind you the restaurant was not busy and the bar was completely empty there was no explanation for how slow the drink service was. We split the surf and turf as our entree and the steak was almost inedible and tough despite the fact that it was cooked to the temperature we requested (medium). We took most of it home to feed to the dogs. For the price, we were really disappointed.

Been here several times but last night was not good. Server was very slow and looked like she didn't want to be there. Took 25 minutes to get drinks, took over 50 minutes to get oysters. Food is always good but service was not.

Food was good not great. Service was average. We were given a broken pepper dispenser. Had to ask for refills of water. Ok experience.

Food was nice.

During dinner we ordered another round of drinks for 5 of us. Drinks did not come until our dinner was done for some time. We asked the server to cancel our drink order and asked for our check.

The server placed the drinks on our table and said there would be no charge, It was a nice gesture, although not necessary.

Shortly after she left the drinks for us, she came back and said manager told her we would have to pay and she took all drinks off the table!

Such strange management & experience!

Spontaneous Date Night!
I can not say enough about our experience at Noona Duluth! We started the night with a dozen Great White Oysters that were so fresh & delicious w/ a Japanese Old Fashion. ? For dinner I had the Lamb Shank which you can see below was a large dish served with scallions and mash potatoes. The lamb melted right off the bone. The gravy was the perfect touch to the dish. Seasoned to perfection. My husband had the Salmon w/ Kimchi rice ? Delicious is an understatement. Salmon was soft and moist with amazing flavor. We love Kimchi! Kimchi rice was an amazing first time dish. We stayed after dinner for another drink and chat with the manager & bartender who were both awesome. The bartender made me a cocktail with Sir Davis Whiskey. So good! I wish I got her name she was awesome. Now to the atmosphere: warm intimate layout with enough privacy for each guest. Comfy seating with soft jazz music. I made out a few songs that were R&B classics. Loved that! The entire space is a such a great vibe. We did have a little wait for our food but honesty we didn't mind at all. The staff are so efficient & attentive. They kept us updated on our order and with all that they offer with the apps, music, and ambiance a little wait was nothing. Noona Duluth gets

The food was good, enjoyed sea bass with a side of creamy corn. The collard greens and tomato were under the sea bass and both were well balanced, but not well seasoned. The atmosphere was decent, but because of seating in the back of the house, we left smelling like we just went to a campfire. The smoke penetrated clothing and hair, so that was not pleasant. The drinks were good, cocktails and wine offered a good selection.

I read some of the negative reviews and almost made me not want to go. We actually were supper late to our reservation and got to the restaurant 30 mins before close. Everything we had we enjoyed. We had a lemon drop martini, shrimp scampi, oysters, lamb shank and braised bonless short ribs. The food was really good and the server and manager were friendly and nice. No complaints about our visit.

The oysters are so good! We enjoyed our full meal from oysters, drinks, entrees, to dessert. The bread pudding is easily one of the best I've ever tasted, and the mint chocolate crème brûlée was delicious!!
