A soft four stars. We usually dine at Okiboru in Sandy Springs and gave this location a try.The small plates were great. We ordered our usual entrees and felt like the quality and taste was a bit different. We couldn't pin point if the broth for the Yuzu Chintan Tsukemen was missing umami or if the broth wasn't clinging onto the noodles well. The booth seats are pretty cramped. We appreciated the staff trying to fit 5 people into a booth on a busy night, but it was uncomfortable.

It's very similar to Japanese ramen. It was delicious. Soft-boiled eggs also work well. There are plenty of substitutes and toppings, but I felt the toppings were a little expensive.

I’ve had a party of 9. And they still managed to make room for us! Very very patient with our orders and helped out with everything we’ve asked about. I will gladly come here again! Texture of the ramen is exactly how I like it. Come here with confidence!Lots of anime music. Brings back memories!

Ramen is what it is.. doesn’t fill you up as much as the other Asian noodle soups, BUT ramen is good, so when in the mood, we come to Okiboru. If hungry like we usually are, the rice bowl to share is a good addition to the meal. Be back soon! Definitely recommended.

I’ve been here several times when they first opened. They’re always good up until last month, their food went downhill. I don’t know if anyone notice. This time the ramen that I ordered were so bad. The tsukemen’s noodle broken apart into small pieces on the bottom of the bowl which make me wonder if they froze the noodle first, then thaw, then froze them again(?) —> not fresh noodle? It’s never happened before. Other parts were sticking together. Hard to chew. The yuzu broth were full of oil. Like the bottom half was broth and the upper half was just oil. My goodness. I was very hesitate to eat it and was even more surprised when the server definitely saw my reaction but did not even care to ask what’s wrong. It was not busy at all because I went at lunch and just 30min after they opened.I hope they take care of their food and the bowl’s presentation like before. This is really sad!!!

The friendliness, interior, and atmosphere are all good here...The food is not good;;;;I don't know who runs itIf I were Japanese, I would feel bad;As soon as I ordered tonkotsu ramen,I came out in less than a minute! The noodles are undercooked and the soup is too salty.I felt like it was a waste, so I barely ate the whole thing and left after only drinking two glasses of water.Instead, buy the instant ramen sold at Teso and boil it!And my server was really friendly and nice!

Delicious ramen, I will be frequently coming back. Enjoyed the spicy tonkotsu ramen, gyoza, and nori fries. For the fellow spice lovers, you can ask for extra spicy sauce on the side and really kick things up a notch.Drinks are a bit pricey, but at least they tasted good.

It was okay ramen for me. I had a spicy Tonkotsu. Chashu was really good. But the soup wasn’t anything special. The noodle was just okay. I wouldn’t go back here to be honest.I went there with high expectations and was disappointed because the ramen was so ordinary. I think it's perfect for eating at a ramen restaurant that sells low prices in Japan. I felt like I was missing out because there are other ramen restaurants here that are better. The char siu was rare and delicious, and there were no problems with the store or the staff, so I gave it 3 stars.

The food is ok. The ramen is a little bland but it’s not the worst. At least they didn’t charge insane prices. I didn’t regret eating here but to be honest I was expecting the same quality ramen as the one in Sandy Springs (Atlanta?). If you’re looking to get the same quality as the Okiboru in Sandy Springs, this one is not the one.
