I recently visited Olive Garden on Saturday, December 20, 2025, with a group of 10 people, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Before our visit, I attempted to call ahead to ensure they could accommodate such a large party but received no response.
Upon arriving, I approached the host stand where a young woman was preoccupied. A gentleman assisted me, and when I informed him of our party size, he dramatically rolled his eyes, which was off-putting. He relayed our situation to the hostess, who informed us that we would have to wait.
To add to the frustration, another party of 10 arrived shortly after us (without a reservation as well) and were seated immediately because they had all their members present, while we were still waiting for 4 PEOPLE to show and we couldn’t be seated until we had the whole party together. As our wait continued, the hostess proceeded to seat additional guests without addressing us, even when I tried to update her on our changing party size.
Throughout this experience, she seemed overwhelmed and stressed but exhibited a very poor attitude towards our group. Due to the lack of professionalism and hospitality, I will not be returning to this Olive Garden location.
This Olive Garden has the best atmosphere and an amazing staff. The manager was amazing extremely attentive and the bomb waitress! 😍👍🏾My friend and I traveled an hour to get to this location! Yes! This by far is an example of how important customer service still is. We have fallen away from human touch and interaction, too much AI. It is good to see that some things are still more important, genuine kindness and real customer service.

We ordered Olive Garden catering and overall the service was great. Sophia and Juan were wonderful—very professional, friendly, and made the pickup smooth and easy. Unfortunately, a few food items missed the mark. The Five Cheese Ziti was quite dry, the cheesecake was frozen, and we didn’t receive the sweet tea that was part of the order. While the service was excellent, we were a bit disappointed with these issues and hope they can be improved for future orders.

Food ran late, then I wasn’t offered help to my car after they told me they ran out of plates. 😩. Also, I wasn’t given a receipt. 🙄 after running late, I should have been treated more apologetically for the inconvenience.
Great experience!! First time at that location!! No complaints!! I ordered for take out.

Where do I begin … they tell us our table is ready after waiting 20 mins, we stand up they say nvm 5 more min .. 10 mins later we sit .. drinks take forever .. no bread .. 1/2 our appetizers come .. salad comes, services was so slow & no silverware but I did get a BUG in my salad .. appetite gone ofc, we spoke to the manager but this is def a night to remember & not in a good way

I usually love Olive Gardens but this one is not that. I got the server Tracy and she was absolutely terrible. Not only was she rude, she messed up my order. I had ordered two chicken margaritas with just the chicken and broccoli. I clarified by saying I didn’t want cheese added either. The food came and it still came with tomatoes and the other thing on it which wasn’t how I wanted it, I just wanted the chicken itself. After I told her the food wasn’t how I ordered it she left and the manager came to the table. I never had a manager come up to me simply because there was a mistake in my food. I was polite about how my food was made wrong and the server thought she needed a manager. I asked the manager if there was something wrong and she claimed she was just doing rounds at tables but went straight towards us and didn’t bat an eye at anyone else. The manager also offered me a refill on my soup but it also never came. I won’t be coming back to this one. You will get better service at the one in Snellville.

If you ordered online, be sure to keep an eye on your credit card/PayPal statement. I ordered a to-go order a couple of days ago and received notification today that I was charged double the price of my original order. I immediately called this location and and while the representative - I believe the manager - took care of it immediately, I don't believe this was an accident since the extra charge was marked as a tip. I appreciate how diligent the individual I spoke with was with handling this situation but it still was a breach of trust for my order to process much higher than I was first charged when I ordered days ago. I hope that the matter is investigated and that the perpetrator is punished. It really hurt too because the service I actually received was good on all fronts, but this incident does make me wary of coming back anytime soon. But I still do appreciate the manager taking care of this for me, truly.
