Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Its been a while since I have eaten at an Olive Garden... the food wasn't what I remembered but its typical of chain restaurants. The salad was soggy and the peppers had an odd taste. My zuppa tuscan which was my favorite thing at the restaurant was more runny than I remembered. I also didn't realize my chicken in my fettuccine Alfredo would be fried and not grilled. The servers did their job! The restaurant had a distracting smell...like sour cheese or a sour dish cloth that made it difficult to enjoy my food.

I ordered a pasta entree with chicken to go and noticed the chicken was missing when I got home. Breadsticks were also not offered or included. Orders need to be quality checked. Petson at to go counter could be friendlier.

i went recently to try the new sea food boils, although the food was great the service was not. i had a young server probably 15-17 years old. i don’t remember her name she was black i think. she just seemed like she hated her job and made the whole experience suck. i was excited to go back to this restaurant but the service made me never want to return.

Huge restaurant… one handicap stall (called a “family” restroom) for entire restaurant. And the handle on the single door was improperly installed. I waited 15 minutes…. Finally yelling through the door over and over to prove there was no one in there.
The hostess said it was hard to open without coming to show me WHY it was difficult.
I asked to see the manager who was completely indifferent. Scolded me for being unable to make the door work.

Personally, she should have been grateful I didn’t pee in the atrium.

Went to eat with three friends. The waiter was so uninhibited and constantly trying to sell us something. When we asked about the food quality, everything except the bread was terrible. When my main course arrived, the waiter asked us what we would like for dessert before even placing it on the table.

Food tasted good. Staffs treated us well. Except the strong odor mainly from the seat cushion. Owner should consider renovating this place. Rest all was good.

I come here just for the spaghetti and meatballs! gosh!!! they never disappoint me. I love this restaurant because you always get your money's worth & i love their payment system where you don't have to wait for your server to take your card away from your presence. I strongly recommend
