Typical Olive Garden. Not so typical server. Attentive, responsive, patient and courteous; everything one hopes for (but doesn't always get) when going out to eat

We went for birthday dinner and Olive Garden is always my daughter's favorite. They are super friendly and understanding. We order Eggplant Parmesan and Rotini with 5 cheese marinara and side of vegetables. The food was delicious, the vegetables were perfectly seasoned. They asked us to choose the desert for birthday and that was kind of new, I don't remember choosing a desert of our own choice before so that added to the excitement. Chocolate Lasagna was just the right amount of sweet, creamy and crunchy. I took one star for service as the server never asked for tefills of soup, salad or drinks. We had to ask each time and we never got the refill of soup. The overall experience was very pleasant and fun for my daughters. See you on another birthday.

I was reluctantly taken to Olive Garden by my daughter for her birthday—her choice, and of course, whatever she wants, she gets. However, this experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not be returning.

The service was subpar, as it was difficult to get our waitress to check on us. When the food finally arrived, it was unacceptable. My salmon was burned, completely dried out, and nearly impossible to swallow. The Italian sausage was charred beyond recognition and entirely inedible. My wife ordered the Chicken Margherita, which was also so dry that it was difficult to eat.

This level of service and food quality is inexcusable. For a restaurant that brands itself as a family-friendly dining experience, this was anything but. Olive Garden has completely lost my business.

Went on a rainy Monday around 12:30 p.m. and it took forever just to get seated. We ordered, he didn't ask if we wanted refills, we had to remind him, and he really wasn't a very good waiter. A NEWBY. Manicotti & Soup & Salad was good !

Absolutely awful service. I had an entrees and unlimited salad I let my husband samples. Was told there would be an upcharge to get another salad . Huh???? Never had that and was not told that prior to ordering . Server got angra and di not come back to bring to go boxes or my birthday dessert I had ordered to gi after the manager removed the uocharge. Ridiculous. What is the point of unlimited if I cant fo what I want with it? Had to get someone else to bring missing items

Service was not as it's best . I have eaten here and other locations, This time it was not up to pair as I have experienced before. I was disappointed on price of non alcoholic drinks and and customer service. We spent a lot of time and money and left a good tip.
