This Olive Garden has the best atmosphere and an amazing staff. The manager was amazing extremely attentive and the bomb waitress! 😍👍🏾My friend and I traveled an hour to get to this location! Yes! This by far is an example of how important customer service still is. We have fallen away from human touch and interaction, too much AI. It is good to see that some things are still more important, genuine kindness and real customer service.
We ordered Olive Garden catering and overall the service was great. Sophia and Juan were wonderful—very professional, friendly, and made the pickup smooth and easy. Unfortunately, a few food items missed the mark. The Five Cheese Ziti was quite dry, the cheesecake was frozen, and we didn’t receive the sweet tea that was part of the order. While the service was excellent, we were a bit disappointed with these issues and hope they can be improved for future orders.
If you ordered online, be sure to keep an eye on your credit card/PayPal statement. I ordered a to-go order a couple of days ago and received notification today that I was charged double the price of my original order. I immediately called this location and and while the representative - I believe the manager - took care of it immediately, I don't believe this was an accident since the extra charge was marked as a tip. I appreciate how diligent the individual I spoke with...
