Empty restaurant. But still under staffed. The bartender was also the server/waitress for the outdoor diners. The kitchen got my order wrong. I am giving one star for my drink because that thang was strong! And one star for my server because she was sweet. I won't return.

I’m sorry, I just can’t with On the Border. I’ve been twice and the 2nd time was worse than the 1st. The food is just not my taste.

Appetizers and food was good. It took a while for the Appetizer and food to come out and we sat at bar side with bartender taking high tops and booth so I understand she was a little busy but not much. Over all she was friendly and kind but not very attentive so why 3 stars. Ps. For covid they all were masks and were professional over all

Service was very poor. I ate at this location few times before but this recent trip was a bad experience. It's a different staff and very very poorly managed. From where we were seated, ee could see partial section of the kitchen and noticed the hair of the female staff "on the food", thankfully after we finished eating our meal. We stll gave the standard tip and left. Never again are we going there again.

There were only 2 employees able to seat people and take orders. They were short staffed but Awesome. They were clean and not to busy. They have throw away menu's or scan with phone. Mask wore worn.

Every time we go here they are super sweet, super accommodating, and always very friendly and helpful. We live close by and come here once every few weeks. Definitely recommend their take out and online service.

Beer was flat, chicken tasted like cardboard, chips were old, deployment food tasted better than this Mexican food. The floor is dirty. There’s nothing good beside employees. Employees were nice and friendly but food sucked.
I went here on a Thursday night. The service was very poor for it to be so empty in there. I've been to other On The Boarder restaurants and I've never had this type of experience. It was only about 4 ppl in the restaurant and the service was slow. I believe that they were short staffed because it looked as if the waiter was also cooking. I took my friend here because this is her favorite restaurant. She didn't like it either. The food itself was very subpar. I ordered the shrimp bowl and I wouldn't order this dish again. The waiter tried his best and it wasn't his fault because it just seemed short staffed.

tonight me and my family went to on the border and this place gets five stars only because Miss Brooklyn did her thang she was the only waitress there and she did an awesome job over the top customer service they should reward her or something. Not one time did she take her frustration out on me and my family she was professional and attentive thank you Brooklyn we will be returning

I really want to give them zero star. We sat there for more than 10 minutes and nobody approached to us to take drink orders when there were only one table eating around us. Also, men bathroom was not clean. We just walked out of the restaurant because no one helped.

Walked in were not greeted for 5 minutes when we were greeted we were told 1 minute 3 different times. So we left. Could have gotten drains and appetizers by that time
